This is an awesome sight. I cant wait for my tummy tuck and breast augmentation . Im 152lbs about 5'3 and i had a c-section with my daughter and hate my stomach . Im trying to decide on saline or silicone and the size. Does anyone have saline ? My frames is small so i want to look natural and not too big.
