Having my surgery done in 2 weeks!! I am very excited and 100% confident in my choice of doctor. I have been searching for a local doctor who's work I like for a long time and it's been hard. I'm so glad I found Dr. Iteld. His staff is amazing-especially the patient coordinator Caryle. I'm looking forward to updating as I go through this experience. I feel weird doing this review but reading others reviews on this site have helped immensely so I want to pay it forward. I will try and remember to add as many details as possible. I believe I'm getting 286 and 304 cc's. Natrelle moderate profile silicone gel. Pretty sure that's it. I'm going submuscular (dual plane) through the armpit (transaxillary).
I have my post op appointment in a week and will update then! I'm adding pics of my poor deflated breasts that have breastfed for children over the course of 10.5 years nonstop. I have only weaned once in over 10 years- 6 months ago when I weaned my last daughter. I'm grateful to my breasts for their service over the years and I wouldn't trade one second of that time with my girls but I am not happy with their appearance and I'm looking g forward to feeling better about myself.
My goal is to look as natural as possible. I'm more concerned with shape and appearance than size.

Height and weight
I forgot I wanted to disclose my weight and height as I found that very helpful when looking for reviews with similar stats. I'm 5'5" 115 pounds, size small shirt, size 2 pants.

They look great! I'm exactly the same size as you and going for my consultation next Tuesday morning. I like the fact that they went through your armpit. Is there a way the doctor determines that's the best way to go? You don't have scarring on the breast and that seems like the best option.

Thank you! I think it really depends on the doctor. There are a lot that won't do armpit because it should really be done endoscopically and it's just easier to go through the breast fold or nipple. It's more time consuming and tedious for the doctor to go through the armpit. My doctor has no problem with that and does it through the armpit all the time-so he's very experienced with it. Some doctors will try and say it has more risks...it's not safe..... blah blah blah...I did my research and if it's done correctly, it's just as safe as other incisions and actually has some benefits. I am so happy that's the way I went! The scars will fade to faint lines but even if they didn't, it wouldn't bother me. The scars are in the folds of my armpit so they are very well hidden. To size up, or not.
I've really been wavering on size lately. I'm starting to feel like 286/304 is not going to get me to the size I used to be which is where I want to end up. The problem is if I want to go up in volume, I have to go up in profile also. I'm worried I won't look as natural but I've seen some reviews for high profile on here that look really nice. What to do?!! I'll be taking to my dr. About it in 2 days at my pre op.

I have 450 hp in my right and 420 ultra high profile in my left. The size of mine is not looking natural in my opinion because I'm thin but as of profile I don't think they look unnatural. Go check mine out. O think that size in hp will look great on you!!

Now I'm wondering if I should have asked for even larger. Lol Yours don't necessarily look super natural but they also don't look obviously fake. They look awesome!! I would be very happy if mine turn out that good! That's cool that you have pics of the actual surgery too. How was recovery for you with the armpit incisions?

I'm 13 days post op . And doing good. Stiches and the glue fell off by day 10. So I was finally able to start shaving and using soap and deodorant a couple days ago! It still hurts in my pits to raise my arms up but I'm slowly work at it everyday, stretching and such. Most of my pain at first was in my arm pits but now all that's gone, my breast are just super tender still.
