28 Y/o Breast Aug 32B 400cc's Silicone Mod Plus

Best decision I ever made. After patiently waiting for everything to heal..they look amazing and feel SO natural. I have shocked people when I’ve told them these are implants. They look SO natural. I’m completely obsessed. I have seen MANY breast augs that look like they have “been done”. Aside from the people who have known me prior to surgery, no one would ever guess these are not “my first set ” ha. I get comments all the time that I have the best boobs...then I tell them they can see Dr.T and also have the best boobs. He is THE BEST surgeon. Like I’ve said before, the staff is amazing and I would completely trust their aesthetic. They know what will look best! I ’ll share photos 10 months post op. And also a few BEFORE’s with a shirt on so you can see the huge change. Keep in mind I have a push up bra on in one of my after photos. The best part about the size is, they are understated when necessary but I can also throw on a slight push up bra to have them on display when wanted ;) I was terrified of going “too big” and having that fake boob look..but these are PERFECT. I went from a small B to a double D. Don’t focus on the “end size”. Going in to surgery I think most people want to “still look natural” and generally want to just go up a size. I’m so glad I chose this. It’s perfect. They are by no means “too big”. I’m 5 foot tall and 130 pounds and they fit my body perfectly. A double D sounds huge..but it really isn’t. Also I have small incisions underneath my breasts. I have been using different scar creams and they are looking great! Take a look :) :) Also..I’m considering doing smart Lipo with Dr.T on my abdomen and thighs..I’ll keep you all posted on that! Please ask any questions!!

I very recently (last Thursday) had breast augmentation done with Dr.Truong and I am not even a full week post op and I LOVE my result. I don't normally write reviews, but I really want people to know how AMAZING Dr.Truong and his entire staff are. I had my initial consultation with Katie and she understood exactly what I was looking for- a natural just fuller version of what I already had. Their recommendations were spot on. I wanted a natural look- just enhanced so we went with 400cc's Mod Plus Mentor Gel Implants under the muscle. This is definitely the way to go if you don't want people to know you have big fake boobs. I felt so extremely comfortable throughout the entire process- every single person in that office that I encountered was so pleasant and friendly. I felt so unbelievably comfortable going into surgery which says a lot! I honestly felt like I was running to Target- not to go under the knife. They answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable and safe in their care. I am a high anxiety person ...so that's saying a lot! Okay- so I had a hard time finding a review that would bring me through a day to day on this procedure so I am going to share my experience as I go along and heal...

Surgery Day- As I mentioned going in was a breeze- coming out, definitely some discomfort. Don't be a hero...take the medication they prescribe to you. That was my first mistake...after I caved in and took it...I felt good. You will definitely need some assistance on these first couple of days. It's difficult to sit up on your own and move around. However- I truly believe each persons experience can be different. Some people say their first day is easy as ever and they have some slight soreness..I definitely was feeling it. But keep in mind...this discomfort really only lasts 48 hours! Enjoy the rest and focus on how much you're going to love your result.

Day 3- I'll skip to when you can take off that compression bra and take a real shower! Oh my gosh greatest feeling to take that off...be prepared you're going to dislike what you see. Remember you're HEALING...I felt like my new beautiful boobs were in my armpits and I was SO swollen I looked like a line backer..not to mention the bloating from the meds. It wasn't pretty....but hang in there! It DOES get better.

Day 5- I'm able to wear a comfortable wireless sports bra! Yay. I already see the light at the end of the tunnel and that this was DEFINITELY worth it. The swelling has started to go down and I can comfortably wear a fitted shirt and not feel insecure about my high up boobs. I will share a picture from my first post op visit and I will continue to share as I go along!
