Loving the results 3 months post op.. Still need a tummy tuck for my body goals to be reached...

Really think I need to get a massage. Doc said I should wait and he would teach me how to massage out the hematomas I have on my sides. They hurt more than anything. The garment is like being hugged by death. The thong part is more painful than anything. I cut it off. Other than that, the compression of the garment is doable and I wear it all day and take it off when I shower. I leave it off for about an hour or 2 per day to let my incisions breathe. I sleep on my tummy alot and try my hardest to not sleep on my sides because I know he put some fat there. My biggest complaint is the garment. Period. I may order one like I had for my prior surgery with no thong.

Visit went very well. Got my garment and talked about future surgery plans. I need a tummy tuck so we're looking at April. After that, I think I will have the body I want. Just in time for summer. I squeezed into a size mediums garment with the cheeks out (which I hate) but it's the only one they had. Bruising on my legs is kinda bad but hopefully it will get better by the time my I go to Orlando in February. I have another follow up with him next week and at that time, he can tell me how many cc's went in. Feeling great though. Drove myself there and back sitting on a nippy. I've been driving since 3 days post op.
