I just put my deposit down for lipo/BBL with Dr. Memar for July 15, 2017. I have great breasts but have never had a waist and my butt has been disappearing as I age (I'm 37). I also need a tummy tuck, which I will do next year.
I chose Dr. Memar because I like his work aesthetically, and he is great in person. Very attentive and answered all my questions. His assistant Lisa was also very down to earth and caring. I also chose him because I wanted to do the procedure under twilight sedation and not general anesthesia.
I specifically wanted lipo done on my fat arms. He will also take fat from my back and flanks and create a waist. He will leave my stomach alone since I'm getting the tummy tuck next year and he does not want to create any scar tissue in that area.

You mean without general? You are sedated and you have painkillers, but you won't be unconscious, which is my preference

No it's not that - I need to save up the money and also find a good time at work to take a full week off. It's only 3 months away now - time moves fast!
