WORTH IT$9,000
I am 34 years old, mother of 3, 5'4" and 110 lbs. I am active and have very low body fat. I've seen my PC 2 times and we've sort of landed on Sientra shaped silicone implants 325-350cc unders. Shaped to give me that gradual slope, as I have little breast tissue (currently size 32B). The more I read though, the more I think maybe I should give smooth, round more consideration, even though I am very lean. I just don't want that pronounced round on top look. My concerns with the shaped are that they may not look natural when laying down and the potential of them shifting. I have my pre-op appointment in about 2 weeks to pick out my implants, and I guess I'm just looking for a little more feedback before going in. Thanks!

I just had mine done on the 30th of Sept and mine are 350 Sientra smooth round and I am thrilled with my results I have lots of dropping and fluffing to do but so far very happy ours stats are pretty close I am 5'3 and 106. My Dr made the final decision on what he was going to do and he made the perfect choice for me

Going with Sientra Classic Shaped 350cc
Met with my PS today and selected my implant size and shape. I am going with Sientra Classic Shaped (textured) Implants - 350cc both sides. I have so many issues, so I am very thankful that I have an excellent doctor. I have pronounced asymmetry and my ribcage protrudes on my right side (the side with smaller boob). I have very low body fat and very well developed pec muscles. We chose the shaped implants to help give me a gradual slope in my upper pole and to ensure that my doctor can get enough of the implant under the muscle to avoid bottoming out down the road. I am feeling very confident that this is the best choice for my particular physique. I am a little nervous about how much of a gap I will have in the center, but all in all, I am extremely excited. I know Dr. Casas is extremely talented, knowledgeable and a perfectionist, so I trust that she will produce beautiful results.

Thanks! Had my surgery on Friday morning- looking forward to my post op tomorrow to remove drains and surgical bra!
It might be helpful if you could start by posting some wish boob pictures. If you're feeling brave, you could post some pre op pictures...even in a tank top is fine. It's nice for the community to see your shoulder width, etc. You might want to ask for feedback via the October 2015 breast augmentation surgery forum.
