I have wanted a nosejob since I was 10. I did a ton of research and chose Dr Shah based on his beautiful work and because he is also an ENT. I had a relatively easy recovery and this surgery honestly changed my life. The surgical team at the gold Coast surgery center were amazing and Dr Shah's staff have all been great even when I've gone back for follow-up visits. He is the best hands-down.

Before photos and current photos, 2 year time difference. Still beyond thrilled with results.

Still in love with my nose but the time might be coming for a revision. I noticed my septum starting to shift about a year ago, when I developed an embarrassing snort whenever I try to take a sharp inhale through my nose. Visually, it's a little noticeable, not much. Performance-wise, it's now really difficult to breathe out of one side of my nose. I've since moved out of state from Dr Shah, but I love his work and I'm curious to find out what the cost of a revision would be.

Hi, what did you have done in your primary? Thanks! :)

Oh yes I'm sorry, my tip was my motivation for surgery but he did lightly reshape my bridge as well. My nose wasn't crooked before surgery, but I did have deviation in my septum that allowed us to bill my insurance.

I see. Thanks for your reply! I asked because I'm considering rhinoplasty and my tip is also my motivation for it. Was it open or closed?
