Happy with results

I wish this site let you edit previous posts or delete them, but I want to give an update that I'm a lot happier with my results now. There had been a miscommunication where i thought my constraints were aesthetic but after having a sit down with my provider, I feel a lot more informed. The size is manageable, comfortable, and fills out my dresses which is what I was hoping for

Finally sized

I hear Victoria's Secret inflate sizes a bit, but boy was I surprised when I was measured as 32dd. (it may be a common occurrence for 425cc implants, i'm not sure!) But the bras fit well and my breasts definitely filled the cups. They do not seem all that large to me (definitely an upgrade), but it may be because my breasts are naturally a little separated, and since my bwd is tiny my breasts don't look huge. Regardless, it was a confident boost for sure and it felt very rewarding to get nice bras that fit (which are coincidentally only $35 at the moment).

Not super happy with my results - 425ccs can get you to a full B/maybe C cup

I liked my surgeon as a person, but I can honestly say at this point that I am not happy with the size of my implants. I definitely consider it an improvement from what I had, but to be told the size was on the extreme side and risky disregards 1) the fact that some women like the roundness of a larger implant even if it loses it's "natural" look 2) the bounce back time of a woman & the elasticity of the skin. I bounced back and feel 100% a week post op. The swelling has gone down, and will continue to do so, and I'm left with full B cup breasts on my small frame. It makes me hope I will be thoroughly explained why I had to max out at 425cc - and I wasn't completely flat chested pre-op. If it was a biological constraint I'd understand - but I was told thru a liaison (not the MD himself...) in a way that implied it was due to aesthetic reasons. It's pretty depressing given I've paid almost $8,000 on a self-funded student budget. (i have a feeling i'll be allowed to go bigger the 2nd time around, but why cap a patient the 1st time so that they're pleased with the size?). All questions I will address in person upon my next visit.
