Post-op Day 4
WORTH IT$10,000
I was excited to compare my photos from today to my photos from Wednesday (day 2) and the implants already look a bit lower.
I am feeling pretty energetic and my pedometer showed I walked nearly 3 miles (went to the grocery store then shopping later) so I am wondering if I am pushing myself too much physically.
I also weighed myself today and gained 6 lbs since surgery, which is stressful. I know some of the weight is just swelling and the implants themselves but without being able to workout I am worried about the gain.

Day 2 Post - Op
I slept well last night and took a shower this morning. There aren't noticible changes in the look of the implants but they are beginning to feel more like a part of me. Being able to change my bra and gradually return to my normal routine helps.

Post-Op
My surgery was yesterday. Surgery took 2 hours and afterwards I spent an hour at the center coming out of anesthesia. Luckily I did not experience nausea and had a fairly normal lunch and dinner. I was groggy from pain killers and spent the rest of the day laying around watching TV or napping.
Today I went back to Dr. Horn's office where one of his nurses removed my bandage and helped me get into a compression bra. They only recommended a front closure sports bra but I went ahead and bought a special post-surgical compression bra and the nurse did mention that it was a good choice as this bra will keep the weight of the implants off my incision.
As much as I expected the implants to look high on my chest (thanks to the research I have done on realself) it is still unnerving to see them look so high and firm. I am looking forward to seeing them drop!

Dr. Horn's a Terrific Surgeon.(He is also my surgeon:) ) You should be very happy! His staff is very Helpful as well. All implants are "High" when they are put in. Are they silicone or
Saline ?
Not to worry:) they will slowly drop to where they should be. You Look Beautiful & have a GREAT SURGEON. If you have any ??? Please don't hesitate to write me.
