At my consultation I had the mind set of wanting to be a full C and wanted 350cc implants. After researching the last month I decided I wanted a D cup. I just had my pre-op on April 8th and tried on different sizes and decided to go with 440cc ideal saline implant. I am a little worried they will be to big on me but I feel like I don't want to come out of surgery wishing I went bigger. I have attached some pictures of my ideal boobs.

Changing to 370cc
So all weekend I was feeling so much anxiety about going with 440cc I just keep looking on here and that looks so big! I do want really big but that just seems like too much for someone with my frame. So this morning I called my doctors office and told them that I wanted to change my implant size to 370. I am feeling SO much more comfortable with that size. Also, since I'm getting saline he can put more in the implant if it doesn't look big enough with the 370 in it.

I was the same way, my doctor had up to 550cc for me and I was looking on the Internet for girls with implants that size and they seemed huge! When it came day of the surgery the doctor walked in and says (your getting pretty big implants today) I asked him what was the lowest implant he brought, he said 480cc and I told him to put those in. I'm happy in my decision (although) they do shrink so I'm sure 500 would of been fine too. Go with what makes you comfortable. :)

Yea, They're going to have 370 and 405 for me the day of the surgery. So I have a little longer to decide but I am leaning more towards 370 since I am petite. I just don't wanna have boob greed. Thank you for your feedback this website has definitely been helping me when making decisions :)

I had plans on going 425 ccs but after think hard about my frame (115lbs) seeing your pics I called my docs office and went down to 375 cc. Thanks for the help.
