Day 18
Day 15
This week has been pretty good! I haven't had too much trouble I received my new bra on Thursday to help push the implants down. The bra is tight and kind of hurts so I wear it a couple hours then switch to my other post surgical bra for a little bit. But I have been trying to wear the new bra as much as I can to help. I am definitely feeling more comfortable moving my arms and showering. I'm still scared to move too much because I don't wanna hurt myself. That is about it for now I will update more next week!
Just had my post op!
So I just had my post op and my doctor said I am healing well! My breasts are a little high so he ordered me a strap to push them down and help them settle. He also said I can start massaging them 30 seconds in the morning and 30 seconds at night to soften them and help them drop. I got my strips off and I am surprised my scar is longer than I thought it would be but it looks to be healing nicely. My total implant volume is 385! I was happy because it's right in between what I wanted 400 and 370. I am allowed to resume all normal activity just no working out at this point which is fine because I couldn't imagine working out with my boobs how they are now anyways. Well that's all for now! So happy the appointment went well!
Provider Review
James R. Bruno MD
I would definitely recommend Dr. Bruno. Him and his staff are wonderful. Whenever I had a question they would always get back to me with an answer. I got my surgery done at Sibley Memorial Hosptial where everyone was so friendly and made my whole experience amazing.
