It feels a bit foreign being back on RS since I have not had much time to update or check on you ladies. I am going to have a lot of catching up to do !
I will keep my update as brief as possible . Met with Dr K on Tuesday for my 3 month check and he was impressed at my healing and recovery (;
Here's a quick review ...
1) Boobies have settled nicely and I am happy with my size D or DD depending on the bra. Hey! I think I finally started getting "zingers ", didn't notice them before .. Def not a big deal for me . I barely notice boobie scars
2) My Tt scar is also healed well. I am not thrilled to have a scar but I'm def more thrilled to have flat belly lol. Some days I feel my belly button is tiny and maybe I should have tried those pebble therapy postop (does it work???). Then again I really didn't have huge ones pre op anyways . Take a look, What do you think ?
3) Super excited to go to the beach next week for spring break with the family! #BringItOnBikiniSeason lol
4) DH is my total rockstar! I think he's enjoying shopping for me these days including actually picking out great swim suits that are sexy AND cover my scar.(see pics lol)
5)I enjoy compliments but no one has really asked... Most says I'm totally fine with that and then some days I'm like waaaat?!lol
6) ok I totally went to Vegas with my friends from high school and shared the room with 4 other girls and SOMEHOW managed to enjoy compliment about my body BUT no one seem to think or at least asked me about getting boobies! They mainly wanted to know my workout routine lol FINE BY ME ! Lol
7) RS ladies your support has meant soo much to me through this journey! I hope my updates can somehow help someone too. All the best wherever you maybe in your journey and Many Hugs!

Happy new year!
Hope everyone is having a great holiday season! It's hard to believe that kids go back to school on Monday ..geesh!
My surgery has been 6 1/2 weeks already. I still wear CG although have missed about 2 days recently. I can see how those CG can discourage re learning opportunity for the ab muscle . They are great for swelling though(; I still feel numbness mostly around my BB. Also I am sill using scar silicone sheets and biocorneum for scar tx. The scar sheets can be sort of a bother though lol but I want no scar if at all possible so I keep going. I will do pics update of my scars later.
For Christmas , my hubby did some clothes shopping including some lingerie ,for the first time ever and he did great!
I will post some update pics as well .

You look fantastic! I can tell your husband is enjoying the change... Mine is still being pretty politically correct and containing his excitement he says since I am only 2 weeks post op and he can't "do" anything about it for another couple weeks, doctors orders not mine, lol! Here's hoping so look as good as you at the 6 week mark! Smiles and hugs!

You are looking so fabulous! While I'm being emotional about it all my husband was kind enough to give me a VS card for Chridtmas...he says for future shopping...he can't wait. Lol I am digging that sparkly suit!!
How sweet of your hubby(; I do love that sparkly suit too ! Supposedly was on the vs runway show lady year. I excited for you! The emotions are real but thankfully do get better..hang in there dear!

Looking really good Kzinny! Love the sparkly Christmas boobs!! Glad to hear that recovery has so well! I am using both bicornieum gel and silicone sheet (Oleeva maybe) on my scars...just started yesterday after the strips finally fell off. Again, looking good and continued happy healing!

The steri strips fell off finally....dr k said that I could start scar treatment thereafter. I'm doing ok...slow and steady is the process right?!?! Having a strange feeling with the left boob, hope it's ok? I think it's my muscle reacting strangely, I may email the dr this week abt it. Otherwise they are still pretty high and tender....and look a bit too pointy...trying to hold judging them for now. HNY to U too!
Oh I see . I guess I don't recall when my steri strips fell off. Do you have to wash and reuse your scar sheet ? That is my least favorite part boo
About fluff, I think I noticed the most change between 3rd and 4th week.

P/s: I got sizes at VS yesterday and I am between a 34D and a 34DD ...Holy cow!. The lady who measured me asked what size I thought I was and when I answered i guess a 34D, she said " you must gone up a cup size" ...lolz if she only knew!(;
