32 Years Old Two Kids 4 Year Old Big Boy and Tiny Girl Second Baby - Chesterfield, MO

I have been the 5 foot 5 115 skinny blonde soccer player my entire life and I figured I would still be after kids. I was not as lucky as that and as my mother who gained only 11 pounds. I gained 45 with my first and he was pushing 10 pounds. I had extra skin on my lower belly after I even got down to the smallest weight I had ever been. I wanted my body back and trust me I still felt sexy but I knew with a new set of boobs and a tight stomach with no saggy skin I would feel even better.  I started my search for a surgeon after my daughter was about a year old. I was in good shape and I knew he would get a great idea. I searched for the top 10 plastic surgeons in the St. Louis area. Dr. Christian Prada was one of the first names that popped up and I thought I would give him and try and see what he had to say about the mommy makeover for me. I went to a consultation and was blown away by his confidence about my body and what he could do for me. I feel that I am a great judge of character and I knew he was one smart cookie (doctor) haha. He knew what he was doing I was positive. I told my husband I want Dr. Prada and that is it. After another consult we decided to book the surgery. I had my surgery on the 17th of April this year.  The surgery is not rainbows and unicorns I tell ya and you have to be a tough woman to do it, but hey beauty is pain. The breast did not bother me as much as the belly did but I had a full tummy tuck with muscle repair all the way down. It did feel similar to recovering after childbirth actually. My doctor was very hands on with me and kept in touch with me before the surgery and afterwards checking on me daily. I had appointments once a week to check on my recovery and all was well. Swelling is expected from a surgery like this and I did swell a good amount. But I knew after seeing the reviews I could do it. I would say that after two weeks I was so impressed at the amount the swelling was going down.  My breasts took a bit longer but I went from a negative A and added 350 round silicone gel Sientra implants. I had a lot of muscle in my breasts as well so I think that is one reason it took a bit for my skin to loosen up around the breasts. Don't worry that didn't stop me from putting on bras about 5 days post op and taking photos of myself. I was so happy to have cleavage. I am now I think 8 or 9 weeks post op and I look amazing. When I say AMAZING I mean it. MY boobs are phenomenal and perfect. The implants dropped like they should and swelling had gone down a lot. My belly looks like I am 16 again or better than that. I am so happy I chose Dr. Prada for my surgery.MY breasts look very real and I am so happy with that. I am now wearing a 34 c at victorias secret. Still having some back flank swelling from the tummy especially late in the day when I am not drinking enough water and that is very normal. It may take a little longer for that to go away. I am active now, running and lifting weights and picking up my 2 year old and 4 year old. Thank you for my new body.
