I had no idea what to expect. His assistant explained how and what needed to be done, he came in and did it with sincere professionalism. I would (will) be back for his expertise. My only complaint is I wish when I made the appt the front desk would have explained to me on how long it could take. I work for a living and it would've been nice to know

So glad everything turned out well in this trying time. Thank you for the feedback as well, we have it in our pre-op paperwork we send out, but you make an excellent point that it's nice to hear it verbally too!
