LOVING MY LIFE AT 56
This is a current update of me 4 yrs out from my panniculectomy... I didn't have any liposuction for those that are interested.... I lost weight on my own without having any type of surgery... I don't believe in diets..I'm heart healthy and I do workout on a regularly basis....LIVING LIFE AT ITS BEST.....

56 yrs old LOVING AND LIVING LIFE AT MY BEST....this is a current picture of me. I'm so glad that I made the choice to change my life. I definitely have a different confidence in myself...but what's most important, we must learn to LOVE self internally and then we can move forward...the outside is just the icing on the cake. I'm all about heart healthiness and balance....find something that works for you and stick with it...personally I don't believe in dieting I don't like denying myself of anything or foods...I wish you all well....I'm open for questions..
