Day 5 of Chest Correction and Gynecomastia Got Results Above 85%!!! - Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

I was suffering from gynecomastia for past 12...

I was suffering from gynecomastia for past 12 years, felt a lot of discomfort and it was really embarrassing to go for swimming with friends or very difficult to take my shirt of in front of my own family members, it became very difficult for me when my friends and colleagues started to make fun of my condition and started to call as moobs (man boobs) and Brest!
I did a lot of exercises since the age of 18 what ever I did it make my chest more more prominent, at the age of 25 I started to explore about liposuction but was scared of the procedure and didn't want any pain and also my family members scared the devil out of me when I spoke about operation, so I was living with it 12 years.
At the age of 27 I was weighing 106 kgs I wanted to lose weight desperately and joined a radio therapy method to lose the fat I spent like 2 to 3 laks rupees (5k to 6k $) but didn't even get a 2% of results. Then I started to explore on body fat reduction and did exercise, Cardio with a diet and lost to 84 kgs I lost 22 kgs in 8-9 months and I gained my confident but my chest fat was the same it was still prominent!
Added stress and frequent traveling made it worst for my diet and exercise routine and I add 6 kgs and my chest was the first to put on weight! And it was in very bad shape now at the age of 29 I feel it very uncomfortable and making me look very bad and brining my confidence level to nearly zero!
I started to explore about liposuction again when I was in Singapore, that's when I started to see Dr. Karthik advises and procedures on various websites and youtube, started to do research but I was still worried. Consulted one of my very good friend in chennai and he ask me to come down to chennai and he introduced me CHENNAI PLASTIC SURGERY as one of the best and I went down to visit it and for my pleasant surprise it was Dr. Karthik Ram the chief doctor there and he examined and explained me about my condition and made me feel I was not alone and it is an disorder and made me feel it's a small procedure!
Though I was convinced I had the rats running in my stomach to say ok and get it done he also took me an patient who underwent a similar procedure and gave me a lot more confidence, I had very less time to decide as I had to fly back on time I said ok and did the procedure next day early morning by 5.40 AM.
Procedure was done by 7Am and I was walking by 8.30 and I got discharged by 10.30 Am. It was a pain less process and I was really simple procedure if I would have had this guts to get this procedure done I would have got it done at the age of 25 and would have stayed more confident and happy with more self esteem as I am today!!
Saying goes "No pain No gain" but this was very very very less in pain and cost but my gain is a lot which is not just my appearance but also my self confidence and esteem!!
