Chemical Peel on my Arms Went Completely Wrong

I had my chemical peel eight days ago, tca 25% on my arms, and tca 30% on my hands, and it was burning like crazy while she was doing the procedure. I think she left it on too long.
Two nights later, I woke up with horrible pain on my inner elbow area and I got horrible blistering and raw skin everywhere. They have not admitted to any wrongdoing. They said it’s normal for sun damaged skin to have a reaction like this, which is absolutely false as I spoke with several competent people and they said it was done to aggressively. I’m in a lot of pain, taking antibiotics, steroid cream, and I had an Unna boot put on which day removed yesterday, but my skin is still looking terrible. What can I do? What are my options if they don’t admit to any wrongdoing? I had to miss work this week. I couldn’t get dressed around that dress I couldn’t shower my life been living hell since.
