I always wanted my breast back to the way they were prior to breastfeeding my daughter. They were perky, plump, and feminine. After I had breastfed my daughter I noticed my totally deflated breasts. I hated seeing them in the shower, getting dressed, etc. I researched BA for many years I always made an excuse why I couldn't do it "right now". I turned fourty two years ago and decided that it was my turn for everything. So I started with sinus surgery, a little Botox the next year, and finally my BA! Yey me!
I was referred to Dr. E. By two of her patients who were friends of mutual friends. I Was totally impressed with the time she took for the consult ( I had done my reaserch and had plenty of questions). I immediately was at ease with her due to her comforting bedside manner. That was it I was on board completely. All I had to do is figure out my schedule an do it.
Sarah and Erin handled all the details smoothly and efficiently. They were always on top of everything.
I am six months post op and would not change a thing. I feel and look like I did prior to breastfeeding. Preop small deflated B cup. Post op full C small D cup.

You look amazing!! I am def going to inquire about dual plane. I have just been searching like crazy and honestly never got fully ok w the idea of overs. I want to do the placement under and if aloft is needed a year down the line so be it! Will see! Wish me luck - my surgery is Thursday!!!!

It's your body, do your homework and get what you want. I am almost 43 & mammograms are part of my life now, having the implant under the muscle allows for a better reading of the mammogram.
The dual plane refers to part of the implant is under the muscle and part is covered in breast tissue.
The honestly look and feel great!
I had similar sagging like yourself and did not need a lift. You can always go back but if you lift now you will have the scars and never know if u really could have done without.
Too bad u couldn't have another consult somewhere else b4 Thursday???? Ugh too late for that.
Look you know your body, the PS knows surgery so make the decision that make YOU feel the most comfortable and makes the most sense to YOU.

I totally agree about putting a lift off to see if it's truly necessary. I'm going to tell him to go dual plane BC I have never gotten 100% comfortable with the idea of overs. There is a reason they aren't the preferred way anymore and being 35 in a couple of months, I don't want problematic mammograms. I had decided this last night after going round and round in my head for days now! I'm excited too!!! Thank you!

Yes, she did a great job! I had two people refer me to her & I couldn't be happier. I wanted a natural appearance & I got it. I don't look " done" at all.

I hope u keep us posted with ur recovery. It looks like u had a successful surgery, minus the bruising and swelling. Can't wait to see what the next few weeks will reveal for u! Summer here we come!
