Do you know if he performed osteotomies or just rasped the bump? Sometimes an absolutely straight nose isn't possible but in my case, for instance, I needed osteotomies to straighten it, which I had during my last revision, prior to which my nose was terribly deviated. Yours looks straight in comparison but I can understand why you are not happy.

I had a similar problem to yours, after my primary I was left with 2 different looking profile views. both profile views had a unique look to them and overall impressed but... my tip crooked/tilted to one side a bit more. like a 3/10. it got better at the 14 month mark. now I did a revision (secondary) to correct this... im 3 weeks postop too early to tell I guess but theres a bit of improvement... although my unique profile views seem to have sacrifice a bit of "uniqueness" to improve my overall front.

I had a consultation with Frati and just didn't get good vibes. Barely looked at my nose and very rude. What has he said is he offering revision? xx
