Talented Surgeon. Sketchy Establishment. Beware of the Staff

Dr Tas is talented but the company is very sketchy!
You pay 600$ consultation fee before arriving. The english speaking nurse that received me pulled out a scrap of torn paper with my name and total sum and told me to pay for the whole procedure (thousands of $) before even meeting Dr Tas. I disagreed and she tried to push me by saying we need to hurry up! We argued and after she talked to the management she told me to pay 1200$. So far I had paid 1800$ and not yet met Dr Tas. Btw the total cost I was given on whatsapp was 500$ less (she said miscalculation), and they tried to charge me 300$ for the laser after telling me it was included. The whole consultation experience was a nightmare. They tried to sell me ozone therapy and dental services, I said I am not interested. After 2 hours there I met the anesthesioloogist who just asked me “heart lungs ok? Drink? Smoke?” Didnt check me or look at my labs.
Then I met Dr Tas who was wonderful very knowledgeable and attentive. You can tell he also loves dramatic transformations. So after listening to his suggestions I was left another 40 mins alone in the room with numbing cream on my nose for the laser. During that time I thought about what I really wanted, and decided to just treat the areas that really bother me and not do a huge transformation bc even though it sounded amazing I was worried about my recovery. They came back and told me the total price for everything Dr Tas had suggested, I said it was out of my budget. The dentist and the nurse were obviously displeased. After a lot of back and forth and them telling me “cheeklift” is together with fat injection and under eye laser, and I cant seperate them, they also started asking me questions like in the grand bazar “how much are you willing to pay?”
The whole thing was so sketchy. I observed them and felt more and more uncomfortable with them. They want everything in cash and if you need to pay even a small part by card they charge you a 20% card fee! Big lie, its known that card fees are never more than 1-3%. I almost walked out, they told me to talk to my medical assistant Fawzi who is really the only humane person there. With a heavy heart and praying I made the right decision I paid and signed all the consent forms. I asked for an invoice, didnt receive one. There is basically nothing formal. No documentation to protect you. After 5 hours there I was exhausted crying just wanted to go, Mena told me she will let me go but first to wait for my medications, around 30 mins she came back with antiobiotics prednisone paracetamol the supplements and arnica cream which they recomment on whatsapp. I told her I has brough everything except the antibiotics and prednisone and I dont need the rest. She insisted its a complete set, and she pushed me to buy them saying “it wont go bad”. And she said” you have to have ozone therapy we are having a xmas discount 150$ instead of 300$”. She charged me 300$ for medicine that costs probably 30$ outside and another 150$ for ozone. I knew I was being scammed but I couldnt say anything.
Surgery day- I didnt see Dr Tas. I woke up in a lot of pain, and couldnt see due to the eyelid swelling from the upper bleph. they gave me IV paracetamol once and it really wasnt enough but they said its all they can give. The young turkish nurses and staff at the hospital are very nice, but they dont speak english. I was out of surgery at 11 and till 8 pm no one had come to talk to us about how it went. I sent a message to the company whatsapp. They sent nurse Uznur who is nice and very professional. Next day I realized for the first time that the ozone therapy is rectal, I felt scammed big time! No one explained that to me and I was consistently being pushed to pay more. I demanded a refund and they said they can only agree to switch it to a skincare session.
I asked Mena and Uznur ( who came again to see me)to see Dr Tas before discharge. In the beginning they said yes. Later on Mena said that I had to leave, that he is in surgery and cant come out. I had been dressed and ready to leave since 8:30 and I insisted to see him and hear how my surgery went. She was again obviously displeased. In the end Dr Tas did come, he was charming, and explained a lot of things to me since I had multiple procedures.
You dont receive any discharge letter or report.
After discharge, there is really no aftercare. I realized I hadnt even received an invoice for what I paid so I insisted and Fawzi sent me one.
I came in on day 4 to remove bandages. The nurse that met me had no idea what surgery I had (like I said no documentation) so I asked to see Uznur. On day 9 I came again to remove the stitches. Again Uznur did it and explained how to take care of my scars. I didnt see Dr Tas again. The staff that took my ‘after’ photos asked me if I had make up to cover up my bruises and scars. I didnt have and honestly was shocked at this request, since you should not apply make up to fresh wounds. They also asked me twice to leave a review while I was still in the office. I replied that I would only after seeing my final results.
In conclusion, the whole experience is not easy. It has been a month, I still have swelling and obvious scars, a lot of hair loss, still healing but hoping that my final results will look good. I have faith in Dr Tas thats what kept me going through the rough parts. To Fawzi and Uznur … I am forever grateful

What surgery did you get ?
Hello , did you get the Laser Skin Tightening in your low eyelids? Thanks , I hope you are happy with your results :)
I had undereye laser skin tightening and fat injection (they insisted that these are always done together with midface lift).
My undereyes looked good for the first 2 month (smooth transition bw undereyes and and cheek)
Now I am 4 months after and the undereye hollows are back exactly like before, and I have lumps under my eyes which could be fat that didnt resorb equally or fluid from lymphatic damage.
For now I decided to wait and just perform lymphatic massages and see what happens in a few months.
Hey! How I can contact you private?
Thank you for the honest review! Hope you’ll be fine . I was considering surgery with this Dr but now I change my mind, and he is hiding comments on IG so patients with bad results can’t even complain, only look to before/ after “nice transformation “
