Serious Warning – Do NOT Trust Ariamed Tour

Serious Warning – Do NOT trust Ariamed Tour. This company caused me financial loss, emotional stress, and months of anxiety. I paid $5,650 in March 2025 for a surgery that was later postponed to May 2025, with their written assurance that my payment would be safely held for the rescheduled procedure. But one month before the new surgery date, they suddenly cancelled everything without warning and refused to refund me—despite never providing the agreed-upon medical service.
They pressured me into paying in full even though the implant they ordered was incorrect. When I responsibly postponed the surgery and followed every step they requested—including paying an extra $250—they still went back on their word. No treatment. No refund. No accountability.
At the beginning, the Ariamed Tour staff were very friendly and responsive. But once they received my full payment, their attitude completely changed. They became cold, unhelpful, and evasive. Their true character showed once they had my money, and it was clear they were no longer interested in helping me as a patient.
They also claim to work with the “best doctors,” but after doing my own in-depth research, I found that this is simply not true. There are far better, more qualified, and more transparent doctors available. Their recommendations felt motivated by business interests—not patient care.
I’ve since hired a lawyer to handle the situation, as they continue to ignore my refund requests and refuse to take responsibility for their actions.
Please be extremely careful. Ariamed Tour may look professional online, but behind the scenes, they operate in a dishonest and unethical way. If you're considering medical tourism in Iran, do not trust this company with your health, your time, or your money. I hope no one else has to go through the stress, frustration, and betrayal I experienced with them.
