I had a breast reduction elsewhere 6 years ago...
I had a breast reduction elsewhere 6 years ago which didn't go very well .I was left reding a nipple reconstruction which I had but I still had two very different sized and shaped breasts.I was absolutely mortified with the way I looked and felt .surgery at this point really wasn't something I wanted to do I was so apprehensive about what might go wrong .After a lot of discussions and talking to people I decided I really did want to try and have it corrected if possible so eventually went to see Mr Ross after lots of research .The initial appointment was awkward as I was totally ashamed of how it looked but he was so understanding and really listened.
After a few consultations I felt quite at ease talking about what I wanted and he went through all the options and the possible outcomes to expect.I still didn't really want to go through the whole surgery procedure like the original op.That is when we began to discuss the procedure of fat transfer to the breast,this offered a good outcome with the least invasive surgery.It would use my own body fat so there is less chance of rejection and any problems and there was no need to open up old scars.I saw Mr Ross again a couple of times before the op a and can't emphasise how patient and understanding he was and how clear he made everything for me.The date was booked and I was admitted ,when I awoke from the op I was given something for the discomfort and tended to all through the night by the nursing team who were wonderful.At 9:00 am Mr Ross came to see me and give me lots of information about how things went and aftercare follow up appts and meds,and at 10 am I was on my way home.The recovery was fairly quick with a little discomfort for a week as I had it done through my belly button so not even any scarring.Its now been 5 weeks and I couldn't be happier,I'm so glad I went through with it and the work Mr Ross has done is fantastic ,I feel great it looks great and have my confidence back

Mr Ross was fantastic from start to finish.A very understanding and honest guy,he listened to what I wanted and gave an honest opinion .He wasn't pushy and made me feel completely at ease.At any time it was possible to get hold of him should there be any concerns and every possible option was completely explained and advice given at all times.I really didn't think that I would have any surgery after the first one but I am so glad I did ,for me I think he has done an amazing job not just physically but mentally too.I cannot praise this surgeon and his staff enough .
