Back at the gym
Back at the gym....need to get my fitness back but I'm back doing everything again including squats! Anyone thinking of having a tummy tuck....do it! Best think I've done!!

Thank you! I'm post op now and sleeping most of the time. Going home in the morning. Not particularly looking forward to the journey. Everyone has been fantastic here and I'm so grateful to have read all the experiences on RS because I feel much more mentally prepared. So happy to hear you are delighted with your decision to do this, I will hang on to that when things get a bit tough. X
My dr still says no working out until 3 months post. I have totally gained weight and it's depressing. I think I going to go back to the gym next week and just be gentle.
I think you will be ok...I think I over did sit ups so I'd watch those as I have a small lump between my ribs which I think is because I tore a muscle x
