Mr Ross and his team are so friendly and welcoming they put you at ease. The care and attention I received from the staff at The Alexandra was exceptional. Mr Ross is realistic with you about what can be achieved and the possible outcome. You have to be just as realistic. I requested as small as could safely be achieved and left it in his hands. The outcome has far exceeded my vision. Recovery has been great and 6 weeks on the scars are looking really good. Oh and on my first consultation - referring to surgery and feedback from previous clients - Vicki said 'whatever is going on in your head it isn't as bad as all that'. She was so right. I am so glad I did it. I cannot thank everyone enough.
