I have been wanting a boob job for quite some time now! I cannot believe that I have finally decided to go through with it. I am going to go with round silicone implants. I go July 21st to determine the size I want to go with. I am really scared because I am so small that I am afraid I will have rippling if I go too large! I feel like this will definitely be a confidence booster!!!!!

Doesn't it stink that the smaller we are to start out with the smaller the implant that is recommended?! I am scheduled for July 31 and my doctor recommends 325 cc and I am a very small deflated A. I had hoped to go to a large sea or small D and I have started getting nervous after looking on here that I'm not going to get the results I wanted from 325. I think I'm going to call on Monday and schedule a second consultation because I just really didn't know what questions to ask her anything the first time that I was there and since then I have been on the site like crazy and have a lot of questions. It's really important to me that I don't just look like I have a couple of cantaloupes perched on my chest but look as natural as possible. Ugh'

I know its all so stressful. Looking unnatural is my fear too! I think we will feel better after we get sized! I measured in at 11. Do you know what you measured?

Sorry to jump into the convo. My measurent was 12 and 12.5 how many cc's are u getting? I hate that we can only fit so much in a small bwd:(

I think she is only willing to do like 300 at the most. My preoperative appointment is july 21st so i will know more then. Are you still thinking 500-600cc?

I don't know my measurement but I go in two days for my pre-op so I'll find out. I called and talked to the nurse and he is willing to do 300-375. I think I am going to do 350. I'll update on my review after my pre-op.

No not anymore. I will stick to my PS recommendations. I wouldn't want to have breasts that bottom out due to lack of breast tissue so if she says 450 is my max then I'm fine with that. Have you looked into the different types of implants. High profile has a smaller diameter than mod plus. If you want more cc's you are better off choosing hp.

I had great success from a 30AA with round Natrelle Silicon implants. I am 5'4" 105 lbs. we chose 320ccs and they look fantastic 6 weeks post op. Similar to size of pics you posted. I am thrilled. Under the muscle is best to ensure no rippling and they look like my breasts. Very natural, nobody has noticed at work as I always wore way too large bombshell bras that were uncomfortable and bulky. I am now a 30DDD but they look like a solid C so don't let cup size fool you. I look well proportioned. Good luck. I feel amazing and best decision ever!

Believe I was 10.5. Btw best bras are Simone Perelle or Natori Feathers, both are available at Nordstroms, Saks, or Neimans. Simone's are about double VS but much getter support and well worth it. Natori's are comparable in cost to VS but also much better support for this investment.

How exciting!! Mine is August 31st so I will follow along on your journey. I'm getting sized on July 14th because I couldn't wait to see what I can possibly have. Thinking maybe 350-375.

Ok so today I go back in today to discuss size and pay for the procedure! I am a nervous Nancy today and my stomach is in knots. I think I'm more worried about the anesthesia than the actual procedure. Aldo a little worried that i will go too small because that is the number one thing I hear after it's done. However I want them to look very natural to my body size.

I'm in the same boat. I picked a size but want to change it and I have been waiting for two hours for the nurse to call me back! I'm on pins and needles! Good luck today. I was sick to my stomach with nerves about picking a size at my preop. Be sure if you need time to linger, pose for yourself in the mirror, walk around and sit and see how they feel that you take your time. I didn't really do that and just quickly rushed to be sure I could get it all done at that appointment because I live far from my surgeon and can't go back before surgery.

So what are you currently? Your tummy tuck turned out awesome!! What size did you decide on and what are you wanting to change it to? I took 3 shirts and a really tight sports bra to my preoperative appointment today and that seemed to help.

Thanks for the compliment! I love my tummy! Right now I'm about 36 B right, C left. If 36 digs in, 38 band is good but not one single cup size fits due to the big size difference. I'm about 50 CCs smaller on my left. I decided 525 cc left 485 cc right. That should give me a full D. I'm still in awe I am going to be able to wear bras that fit and will have full breasts. I hope I don't reach DD. I like my athletic shape. I really want to have the swimsuit confidence and feel feminine. With the broad shoulders I need something soft and full up top.

It's an emotional rollercoaster! I'm sure you'll do fine! I know I imagined the whole ba process a lot worse than it truly was! Size is hard one!! My goal was a natural look that balanced out my petite frame. I am extremely pleased with my results from 265/286cc unders. Prior to surgery I worried I'd be too small/big after or have rippling, I think most of us do. Good luck!

Thank you! It helps so much being able to discuss this with people who have been through all of this. You look awesome by the way! We decided on 275 on my left and 350 on the right! 350 scares me lol. In the sizers that combo looked the best.

I went in for a procedure back in June this year. I went twice to try on sizes. Originally I choose 625 cc gummy bear silicone implant. I am 5ft tall athletic build. I was u sure of my size the week of my surgery because everyone was telling me I went to large. My doctor imformed me that it's best to go larger than what you are comfortable with because once it's in your body its placed under the muscle rather when you try them on and they are on top. I was scared of what I chose at first because my friends that got them done all said 625 was too big for me. But when it comes to implants it's all about your type of your body and cc doesnt play a major role. After I got them done I was so happy with the results. I am two month post op and I can say I am glad I went with my gut and stuck with the size I chose. Hope this helps
