I had previously had facelift, blephs, fat grafts with another surgeon, which unfortunatley failed, & left my anatomy altered looking underdone in parts with a few deformities. I looked older than before the surgery. I needed to find an expert face surgeon to revise and restore harmony to my face, I consulted with 4 top face surgeons before choosing Dr Gerarchi,based entirely on his experience, and ability to communicate to me what he thought was needed and evaluate my face as I had hoped. Highly skilled and easy to work with. I felt calm and confidant.

Dr Gerarchi had the experience, artistic skils and knowlege I was looking for. He performed a difficult revision for me, ( my original facelift failed, unfortunatley and performed by another surgeon ) dr Gerarchi work included deeplane facelift, midfacelift, browlift, temple lift, scar revision, pixie ear lobe correction and fatgrafts . I chose dr Gerarchi out of 4 expert face surgeons. I have only one face, and I needed the best face surgeon I could find as some of the issues I had were difficult to correct. He instantly put me at ease with his polite manner and ability to communicate the proceedures he would employ to restore my face to a pleasing manner. I had confidence all the way through. His entire team were helpful and responsive in every way. I highly recommend this talented surgeon who appears to be obsessive with perfection in his work. He cares about you, and the outcome you are wanting to acheive. Your in excellent hands with this surgeon. I am very happy with the results so far, even though i know it takes time to see the final result. I wanted to look a more youthful me, and dr Gerarchi has delivered beyond my expecations considering the risks involved. excellent surgeon. When you want your face operated on, please, select some one who understands the facial,anatomy, and your individual characteristics. Dr Gerarchi is the best in my opinion.

I had deeplane fL, Endotine midfacelift, brow and templelift, fat grafts, pixie ear correction, scar revision,....and absolutely no pain , some bruising . But I expected that. The stitches are all so small and difficult to detect. Dr Gerarchis work is neat and thorough, it's does take time to see the final result. Which i will post later on. Thanks!
Hi Kerri, you mentioned that you consulted with 4 top surgeons. Just curious why you didn't choose Dr Warwick Nettle (that's if you consulted with him). Could we ask who the other surgeons were who you had consultations with? Did you have your neck done again this time round? Many thanks

Hi thanks for your question! This time round the swelling is more prolonged , due to the midface and fat grafting, I expected this. However, I was in no discomfort at any time, compared to the first surgery.(.I had extreme pain around my ears for a long time.) and I was more swollen in the intitial stages.So far I am very happy with the progress. Lymph drainage is very helpful and light massage after the first few weeks. As I had odema and swelling. I see a lot of patients panic about this, but it must be understood it take the body time, to heal. I won't see final results for maybe 8 to 12 months. I am ver happy though as I can already see the positive changes!

Thank,you very much for your lovely words. I look more like me now. In the 'before' photo..that was about 14 months post the original surgery., which made me look really strange and unattractive. I have been restored , thank God..to a more youthful me. I am very happy thank you again. :)
It's funny how we look back on our "before" pics and wonder how we ever went out in public! DO remember that when you get "before" pics done, especially at a Dr.'s office, the lighting is stark, you're usually tense, and not smiling. Animation: talking, laughing, gesturing, has always made our faces and bodies come alive. You were always "you" but now you see more of the "you" that you feel inside. Happy for you!
True that, only my facial characteristics were actually altered, or changed due to the the original surgery failure. My face was stretched or pulled down , with drooping and sagging skin and my face was different. My character had changed unfortunately..but yes, I am way better now and I recognise my face now .before..I didn't. Anyway..very important to find a face surgeon who is expert and has a skilled and experienced understanding of the face and each individual's characteristics.
