Not sure why, but have been asked for more pre/post op photos, so here they are.
FYI the latest photo, taken a couple of months ago is about 2 years post op. - the scar on my neck is nothing to do with the facelift op; it's from thyroid op., and is also now much less visible

Day 6 after Face/Neck/Blephs
Dug out this photo to show how I looked 6 days after the op. Still a bit puffy, but felt OK to go out and about. The tape under my chin was removed day 12, I seem to remember - but don't quote me on it :)

You look great.Ive just had facelift dermabrasion fat transfer and lip augmentation and I definitely wouldn't and couldn't go out in public yet.Im day 11.!!!! Am happy but have a long way to go.

Wow,great results.
The blepharoplasty looks really natural too and now your eyes look pretty again and refreshed.
Do you know if it was a "full facelift" (with big scar,long recovery time etc,6 hour long procedure) or whether it was a "short scar facelift" or what the name was?
Did you have any complications with healing & would you mind saying the approx. cost?

I had lower face and neck done plus the blepharoplasty...it was 5+ hours - no visible scars at all. No complications at all, by day 6 post op I felt well enough to go out and about - just a bit puffy and taped under my chin. couldn't really see any stitches. Have posted a photo in updates/ Costs roughly $12k plus hospital (1 day) - there is some rebate from Medicare for blepharoplasty

I'll see if I can dig out some more photos and will post them. Costs were (from memory) about $12k plus one day hospital/theatre fees...that depends on hospital. Dr. Gararchi usually operates at Hunters Hill Private (very nice place). I don't have any photos re. CO2, I had that done about 10 months after op. With hindsight, I would have had both procedures done at the same time. CO2 done in the clinic under 'twilight sedation' I don't remember anything about it, but you are able to respond to questions etc. CO2 was quite uneventful...very tight feeling, red looking (bad sunburn look) and flaky skin by day 3, everything perfectly OK by day 7/8. I found it all very manageable and certainly out and about on day 4 onwards.

Beautiful result. You look very fresh and very pretty. Thanks for posting. I'm on the North Shore and beginning to look for a doctor. This doctor will definitely be on my list!
