I'm now 6 months out and beginning to think there was no muscle repair or lipo that was done! I have been doing cardio, boot camp and ab work for 3 months with no tone showing up and my pouch is starting to show up!,I'm on a 1200 calorie diet... What are y'all's thoughts? The Ps last time I saw him in July told me do ab work and results were swelling would be better at 6 months

You look great but I think I would be questioning the MR also. Can they do a scan to see if it was even done or came undone?

Thank you! I am very grateful I look better then pre surgery but not what I was told to expect at almost 6 months :( love my boobs tho haha

I think you still look fantastic but I can see what you mean in the area above your belly button. It's possible that the ab workouts you're doing are having your muscles grow out instead of flat and together. I would recommend not doing sit ups or crunches at all as it's hard to keep the right form and easy to make your abs grow out instead of tighten. Have you tried planking instead? Zumba is also a good way to work abs standing up. I really like Hunny Buns fitness on You Tube too. She gives alot of great advice and tutorials for firming up. You still look wonderful, try not to be too disheartened.

Still have some swelling ps says 6months should be gone... I can't wait.

Vacation went great... Had some swelling but overall was thankful boob stitches healed just in time after weeks of misery, was able to swim and enjoy a bikini for the first time ever!

You look great. A bikini..how exciting!! I'm sure that was an awesome feeling. Having my MM in August & I'm excited & nervous. I'm scared of the recovery & the emotional ups and downs. I know this sounds bad, but I'm worried that it won't be noticeable. Worried after the $ and pain I'll still look the same but with added scars. Did you ever feel that way?
