Hi. I'm new to this wonderful site. I am a 41 yr old mother of 3 ages 19, 15, & 9. I am 5'2 and won't disclose my current weight although I'm working on it. I've decided to finally have a much needed Mommy Makeover including a tummy tuck and liposuction because I delivered each of my children my cesarean....might I add with vertical incisions. I won't post online what my lower tummy looks like (yep, you might've guessed it...it looks exactly like that :-( . My procedure won't be performed until Dec 17, 2015, which is quite saddening but necessary in order to fulfill some other obligations this year. I look forward to chatting with you all.

Hi, I am a 47 year old mom of 4 and also live in NC (Raleigh area). I am hoping to get my surgery scheduled on this date if I do it and my doctor still has it open when I have my consultation. I am scheduled for my consult on Sept. 2! I didn't think I was going to do this for years but we finally decided to do this Christmas. I have terrible back issues and i read that this surgery can actually help with back issues especially with someone with my type of issues, it is not guaranteed but I have tried so many other things that I am willing to do this now since I have wanted a TT anyway! I am expected to do the TT with MR and lipo if doc says it is all okay. My kids are close in age to yours - 21, 19, 15, and 11.

Countdown...Yep, There's Even An App For That
I thoroughly enjoy reading everyone's updates. They keep me motivated and looking forward to the date of my scheduled procedure. I've even downloaded a countdown app on my phone. Not sure if that's a good thing or not (some days it seems as if time is standing still). Right now, I'm staying focused on working out. Thought about joining a wt loss clinic a few months before my procedure just to make sure I make it to my ideal wt before my pre-op appt. My next consultation appointment w/my PS in next Friday, April 3rd. I've got a list of all of my questions and concerns to ask her. My pre-op is already scheduled for Monday, Nov 30 and the BIG day is still 12/17/15. WOOHOO. I will post some pre-opt pics soon.

Hey girl welcome to the community. I am glad you joined us and look forward to hearing all about your journey. Keep working hard at the weight loss and you will get there..
