Frustrated

Well, today makes 4 weeks since my surgery. I have not lost any weight in 2 weeks. It's so frustrating. I don't understand how I could be eating as little as I am and not losing anything. I'm really hoping that this stall will end soon. I feel smaller, so maybe I'm losing inches. I'm trying my best to remain hopeful, but 2 weeks with no loss is really discouraging. Any advice from my fellow sleevers? I could use all the help I can get right now.

Stalls are very frustrating. I upped my water intake when I hit a stall. Well not sure I upped it but I marked a clean milk jug with water requirements to insure I was getting it all in because when I really thought about it I was a little short here and there. I am losing very slow in pounds but have lost inches which is normal it sounds like from others testimonies. Keep smiling! You are making progress

I am just starting what seems like what will be my first stall. I am almost 3 weeks out. I am trying really hard to not let it mess with my head. There are so many stories on here that people go through this and months out are still down a crazy amount of weight. I think I need to make myself eat more... I think I'm getting too few calories and water and protein so that's my plan. Good luck!

I hit my stall about 2 weeks post-op. I'm now almost 5 weeks post-op and I'm still at a stand still. Not sure what to do at this point. I may try upping my exercise and see if that will give me a jumpstart.

2 weeks post-op

Hello all! Today marks 2 weeks since I had surgery. I'm down 15lbs since surgery, 27lbs since pre-op diet. I feel great. I was cleared to start puréed and some soft foods 2 days ago. So far, I've tried mashed potatoes, refried beans, a soft scrambled egg and tuna with light mayo. No problems thus far. I am able to eat between 1/4c-1/2c at a time. My weight loss has slowed tremendously over the past few days. I'm hoping the addition of calories and protein from the puréed and soft foods will help with that. I have been walking, but not as much as I should. I need to step up my game on that. Other than that, nothing new to report. I'll check in soon. Hope everyone is doing well!
