It has been quite a journey having had silicone Natrelle implants, only 3
years ago, rupture free, triggering an autoimmune response and ex-planted
in March 2016. After much research, I am so glad I went to Dr. Bednar
because my results have been beyond my expectations. At 5'3", 119 lbs, BMI
of 19.2, I couldn't believe he could harvest 475CC for each breast to
produce a full cup gain. Even with expected reabsorption, I am stunned at
the results. I was a 34B, now 34D and trimmed my waist, a 2-1 return.
He and his staff are caring and very competent. I have been suffering from
classic Candida yeast overgrowth as a result of my implants, but am
healing day by day. He harvested from my belly, flanks, thighs and
banana butt with most of the bruising in my leg, all faded after 3 weeks.
I so wish I had done this ten years ago when I removed my first Dow
implants that made me sick from the gel bleed, intracapsular leakage. The fat transfer produces
superior results with longevity and without risk of autoimmune response
from foreign objects.

I had PDF files that couldn't be uploaded with photos of my pre BA prior to the fat transfer. Sorry, as those pictures would speak volumes of my results, but these photos should give a pretty good idea of the breast gain following transfer and the location of the incisions for harvest.

Wow ur breast looks so good! Did u also got a breastlift, r u just the got fat transfer to breast and lipo 2 tummy an bbl? However its Beyond great!! Ur sult is excellent! Happy healing and thanks for sharing.

I wish you could see my pics at 27 years old, implanted, then 19 years later explanted, two kids, saggy boobs...sternum to nipple and then explanting the 2nd set after three years, now fat transfer. My breasts look great and no lift required. Better than implants and natural. Scarring is minimal. Lots of topical emu oil, wearing compression garment on harvest sites for 6 weeks is key and no compression on breasts for 3 months....will post another pic soon. Getting my 20 year old daughter off to college! :) Thank you and I wish you the best.

I am soooo happy for u. I am suppose to be talking with Dr Bednar this coming Monday!! I cant wait!!! Keeping my fingers cross!! Hope in I'm a good candidate for this procedure because my boob right now is a tragedy!! Lol but u go with ur fine self u rook those boobs!

Does Dr Bednar use Stem cell or PRP in his fat transfer?

I thought I had responded to this earlier in a comment, but I can't give you an affirmative answer as Platelet Rich Plasma and Stem cell seem to be in his formulary given he is so precise about where he harvests the fat, the stability of those fat cells, the care to which he exercises to extract, centrifuge and reinject new is evident in his results. Based on my thin stature, low BMI, and age, I would speculate that he was successful in transferring my fat as I am only 16 days from the 90 day period for fat retention and I still measure a D cup having been a B before in upper pole volume. Research his website, call and ask Sylvia or his staff to explain, and trust in your instinct and judgment. Best wishes!

Hi kaysings i did contact Dr Bednar and got response back from Sylvia which set up an appointment after i filled out forms questionnaire and photo she ask for me to submit! She setup one a one with me & dr Bednar on 8/29 16 he called me i must say what a nice human being!! I respect his honesty!! The look i wish to achieve by going for fat transfer to my breast is a more natural look with some volume like with cleavage!! That was what i hope to accomplishment with this procedure!! But Dr Bednar said that would be impossible to get with fat transfer to breast! He said with a breast like mines thats deeply deflated and hanging as low has it is now! i would never achieve it standing higher even with the fat in therethan it even would drop lower!! I even ask him how about a lift and fat transfer to my breast he claim he is afraid it would leak out!! He said no doubt i would've fuller breast with fat but with no cleavage and they will even hang lower! Because the top of my breast wouldnt get fuller! I'm just saying didnt think my breast was that deflated yes i had 4 children and all breast fed!! But if u go to my page you would see how my breast look! Compare to some of these breast i saw on this site they look more deflated flat chested than mine! however he told me for the look i wanted to accomplish he require to get breast augmentation lift and implants!! So with that said i know what i want and i know i dont want any foreign object in my breast so now i am back to the drawing table!! Happy healing tho on ur result.

I apologize for being so late in getting back to you as I was traveling over Labor Day. I had hardly any breast tissue....Small A/B cup, the left one having the classic ski slope sternum to nipple look post explant. So....with the stretched skin, he was able to fill and augment but no doubt, I'm not perky, and have laxity and sag (one breast is lower :) ) but the volume helps hugely to give me some profile. I think he is a good surgeon and foremost very honest and ethical. I'm glad he gave you a straight answer. Don't give up...stay healthy and thank God you didn't get implants. Mark my words, our daughters will be my age and look in the chronicles of medical publications and implants will go down as the singular worst prosthetic device of all time. I have yet to meet someone who has them or had them that doesn't describe the changes it created in their bodies over time. Peace

I am now using a RF 3D Technology for tightening on my abdomen to lessen the ripples, but again, my breasts are holding on to their form and fill. I am quite happy. In one month, my breasts will have reflect the final fat retention results!
