Super swollen... still not happy with this bra fat! Can't tell if it's swollen or just left over fat but I'm definitely looking a whole or better! Can't wait to start working out!

You look amazing! I haven't been on here in a while since I'm back at work (wahhh) haha. Booty looking hotttt! I'm still working on dealing with the swelling and the dread of wearing these garments. How's your energy levels?

Back to work!!!

Man what a week! Tuesday was really rough, I was so swollen and tired after working all day! I fell asleep each day no later than 8:30. By Thursday I was moving around much better. I'm feeling much better, moving around, standing up straighter. I'm no longer wearing my old compression garment. I bought and abdominal binder from Amazon and it's much more comfortable and helps with the swelling. It's simply too hot for the compression garment I was wearing before. I noticed that with each day things got a little easier. I'm hoping that Monday I can start some light cardio. The one bad thing about this week was my scar seem to be slightly annoying. I've been getting sharp pains here and there along with my incision line. Other than the swelling and the sharp everything is fine. I'm still not seeing the results that I want but I'm hopeful that it's because I'm still early and swollen. I'll keep you guys updated!

Today makes1 month and the swelling was so terrible today! While I definitely look better than before, I still wish I'd gotten more lipo done on my back as I still have the bra fat rolls. I'm eating clean, hiring a personal trainer and hoping that within 6 months the back fat will be gone. If not, guess I'll be going for round 2 of lipo???? I wish I'd lost about 10 pounds before the surgery. This is frustrating

You are only 1 month post op. And it takes about 6 months to see full results. Give it some time and continue doing what you're doing.
Thanks hun!
How are you doing now?
Hey!!! Everyday is getting better! I return to wok tomorrow and I'm a little nervous bc I get tired very easily and I still have swelling! Still have burning in the lipo areas and tightness but I'm standing up straighter now. When I first get up from standing or lying, I'm super hunched over but that gets better after I am up for a while! Scar looks better but I'm Still not all the way happy with results bc of the swelling but definitely see progression!
Let me know how your first day back was..
I will! Fingers crossed!
Hello! I know this is an old post but I have a consult coming up next week and I just wanted to ask if you think he did a good job? I see you said you wish you had lost a little more weight before you had it done. How y’all are you and what was your weight?
