27 Yr Old Ftm Buttonhole Surgery - Charlotte, NC

I decided to do the buttonhole technique because I wanted to keep sensation of my nipples. I also got lipo included around my chest, and added lipo of my chin/neck area.
I had a few complications but due to other medical conditions they were expected and easily resolved.
I'm a bigger guy and also wanted some tissue left for symmetry.

Things are finally settling. At the 3 month mark now exactly.
Right side ended up behaving the most. Right nipple ended up losing pigmentation and he's a little receded, but not bad. Full sensation returned.

Left side still has some lumps from the hematoma that has been gradually going down, but it's taking a while. Barely any sensation has returned so far, which is weird considering he's the 'prettier' nipple. ha.

Staple scars ended up being a little puffy but I scar pretty badly so that was expected.

Really pleased and can't wait til the scars settle even more.

Happy with my results. They'll definitely look better one I build my chest up and drop some weight but the scars have settled and I'll get them tattooed soon. I have vague erotic sensation in both nipples but my left nipple it pretty damn sensitive to pain easily.
