I did 3 cycles of my coolsculpting procedure from the top to bottom of my abdomen and another 2 cycles on per hip, but neglected my upper flanks and back (for now at least). That's 7 cycles total, and I used a limited time promotional discount. It's been 3.5 weeks and I feel like it's working, but doesn't appear to look much different yet. Swelling has definitely gone down and soreness along with tingling/numbing sensation has decreased, but I still see a lot of fat. The easiest area to critique based on memory is my lower abdomen where you can easily tell where my tummy stops and my "V" area starts. Based on that, it looks like things have possibly gone down just the slightest, but I strongly believe results are still on the way. My stomach is less often upset than it was during the first week, but I am still feeling some of the side effects of dead fat cells being flushed out of my body (more proof that it is working, right?). I had a weird bump in the center of my ribs, but I think it has already gotten better (they believe it must have been inflamed fat cells). I did not consider myself to be a very unfit person, but I was currently a bit out of shape due to high-stress levels with school and finances combined with lack of time and energy for the gym (which did not cause me to gain weight, I simply accommodated my diet to maintain it, but lost some degree of tone in my muscles). I think am eating well enough though--a little better now than before, just in case--and I have been trying cryotherapy to help boost results, too. I am not using a compression garment because I do not believe it is necessary. Haven't weighed myself, but my size hasn't appeared to change enough to make a HUGE difference, or at least not yet. I am willing to get more coolsculpting on the same treated areas or more if results within the next few months are not satisfying enough (and I wouldn't be blaming the cosmetic facility--just my budget and lack of physical activity & healthier cooking!!!).
P.S. Looking forward to treating myself to coolsculpting in other areas of my body while I sit and wait.
Also, for anybody wondering . . . each cycle was about an hour, and I found it to be uncomfortable, but not unreasonable. The massage after is also somewhat painful, but it gets better. I felt stiff from the swelling and soreness, but it didn't really stop me from doing any of my daily activities. Plus, it subsided pretty quickly. During the procedure, the worst part would be the cycles directly placed on bones (ow) though, especially ribs because lungs have to keep inflating/deflating while it's squeezing you (ugh).
I'll add photos later if it is possible.

Almost the 2 month mark since I was treated with Coolsculpting -- SUCCESS

I can see a difference, hoping there will be more of a difference over the next 2 months and then I MIGHT go for more in the SAME AREA...Either way I will proceed to treat other areas with coolsculpting because I see what the results can do for sure now. Yayyyy!
