4-12-17 Fat Transfer. 4 month pictures.

They have lost some of their volume and the shape is not necessarily sexy to me, they are kind of droopy in my eyes.

Fat by nature, will find a low point to settle, and your breasts are going to behave like any other set of natural breasts because nothing was done surgically to lift them (NOT THAT YOU NEED THAT). Your breasts look like natural, fatty breasts. Again, I think you got a fantastic result given you wanted bigger breasts, and that small indentation can be easily smoothed out. Take it from someone who has had larger breasts, you're going to want to keep them supported. They're not going to stay magically high because with time and that added weight they'll drop a bit. You'll have to wear a bra like the rest of us. :)) But they look great. Again, I'm impressed he could get so much in there!
I agree, fat doesn't hold up like implants do because fat is not enclosed in a silicon, thus, it will only take the natural form of your breast pocket. It also looked great on the 4 month mark
Thanks, remember I haven't posted pictures of my results up to date.

Breast won't stay magically high even with implants, I had silicones for 4 years and even back then, they dropped down a bit w the years.

But when youbare told to expect a cup to a cup and a half larger breast that is your hope and what you visualize! Fuller breast, not just a half cup larger.

The promised cup to 1 and a half cup would have given me the fullness I was expecting and the reason why I chose Dr. Bednar.
I think your breasts "look" larger (at least a cup), but you know best if there's that size difference. Again, I think your before breasts were beautiful, full and perky. My point about the added fat is it will also add weight. I hope in the end everything works out the way you hope. :)
Thanks Tuffy1, I appreciate your encouragement.
I know you don't think they are aesthetically pleasing to you but I think you are comparing your breasts to implants. I assume the implants you had gave you a more lifted look. Natural and sizeable breasts do have a droopy look. I know BC that's how mine looked when I was a full 32C. I'm more a 32fullB/barely C now and they don't look as "droopy" BC I don't have the extra weight of fat.
Mine were perky before the implants, just smaller, after implants (you have seen the pics) not sonperky anymore, and they don't show in the picture but they were very saggy, almost watery, so my expectation was for fullness and firmness, specially w the fat I had available on my tummy. They have changed as the months have passed by, I hope to continue seeing changes. I hope your surgery goes well and that you obtain results that are close to what you expect, best of luck to you, piyopiyo.
how many cc were injected in each breast ? and what bra size do you wear now?
NuevaVida, I just want to say thank you so much for updating us. It is so valuable to me and others trying to make a decision so thank you times a million! If you update again, will you post a pic of your back so we can see the lipo results there? I worried about getting lipo on my flanks and losing the natural hip curve. I very much want bigger breasts but I'm not sure the changes to my body from lipo and scarring are worth the modest increase.
Wow i reckon theyre sexy i would be wrapt if mine turn out that nice... natural Yea !!

1/12/17 A month after fat transfer and scars.

Fat was grafted from my upper arms too. I have something that look like a little pillow above the areas where fat was extracted. They look a little tiny bit better now after 7 months, but still really disappointed and sad to see my body this way. I gane breast size and I also gain the fat on my upper arms highlighted : (

Sorry that you're so disappointed about your arms. Did you ask Dr. Bednar specifically to lipo your arms? I haven't seen him take from the arms too often- usually the back and legs. I was thinking about using my arms as a donor fat area but I would be very worried about side effects there. Your breasts are so nice and full! I do see the indent in the one breast when you point it out, but I don't think it's too noticeable. Shouldn't be able to tell in bras or anything. You look beautiful!
Thanks for your kind note. I did agree on hvibg my arms lipo, they were a bit fatty, at least in my eyes, I also requested fat from my tummy to be used, but that didn't happened; mainly my legs, and my back were lipo. I imagined the fat would have been grafted more evenly from my arms, just like he did in other areas. I knew it was not going to be perfect, but didn't know I would end up with that look either.
Hi, it's amazing that he could get and put so much fat in your breasts! There are women who would kill for your result. Although, I thought your before breasts were perfect :). I have heard he is the "fat whisperer". To me, the little indentation in that one breast could be easily filled in at some point. I think for what you were wanting, and what the odds are that fat retention will stay (alot of women lose it entirely), you got a damn good result.
Hello ruddy, thanks for your comments. I agree with you, he is "the fat whisperer", he is also in redibly talented and a kind doctor with no ego.

What you see in the pictures is my development at a months time after the surgery, and I was still VERY swollen. It has been 7 months now, I still have to post pictures of 3 months, 6 months and now... I wish I would still be that big! Independently of how much I ate, I still lost a lot of volume.
To me it doesn't look like you lost a lot. You look great! Though I would be disappointed in the arm though but it's probably bc I'm thinking about doing a lipo
The pictures are after only one month afte the surgery, at that point I have not lose anything at all, as a matter of fact, I was still swollen and my breast were larger than now. I am yet to updated pictures at 3 - 6 and now (7months) were you all can actually see how they actually look like nowX,
Ohhh ok. My breasts now are similar to your before pic (but I used to be a full C but lost some due to weight loss). And I'm also Asian :) I'm thinking of doing some lipo and thought maybe to put the fat in the breasts. But it sounds like you weren't pleased with the final results. Can't wait to see your 6 month photos

12 days after fat transfer to breast. Photos.

The size of my breast you see on these pictures was mainly from the breast still being sawllen, I definitely didn't end up with this huge breast. I checked with Dr. Bednar at the time and he mentioned how waiting was key and my breast would still change.
When making my decision, I followed 2 other Realself users, one of those nanana93 and the other one was love2swimoceans, they both are Asian and about my size, height and weight, so I loved the results that I saw in them, they wear about three months ahead of me as far as the process goes, but I wish I would have waited a little bit longer so I would have seen their results at six months+ after the procedure.

Where did the fat come from?
