9 years ago I had breast implants, got explanted about 4 years ago and my breast were not nice looking anymore. I got poisoned by the silicone implants I had and I decided to never get fake implants again. Fat transfer seemed like the best alternative, so I look for the best Doctor Available for 3 straight years. I got fat transferred to my Breast with Dr. bednar in Charlotte, NC.
Dr. Bednar use fat he got from my back and my legs mainly, I had expressed my desire to keep my legs fat as much as possible, as I am petite and did not want the good areas to appear skinnier, but I got my legs skinnier.
I had fat in my tummy and not much was drained from it. I still have that fat there. I wish he would have used it instead of my legs' fat. The procedure was not painful until day 3rd and more as the time went by. My legs wet dark purple and it was hard to sleep for weeks, pain in legs was more noticeable than in other areas. Dr. Bednar said he generally sees an improvement of 1 cup to 1 cup and a half in volume size after his fat transfer procedure, and mentioned I would see a similar result. My size increased in about half size. Yes, they ar bigger, but not a size bigger, nor a cup and a half bigger. Do I like them more? Yes! I feel better with the little improvement I got, but it was not neat I expected. Dr. Bednar is a an artist, a talented Doctor, and I saw his work in other patients before I decided to chose him as my surgeon, result always will be different, but I wish I would have gotten the cup increase or the cup and a half increased as was mentioned could expected.

thank you so much for sharing. I'm looking in to having the same procedure done and looking for the right doctor, but you're spot on in saying that no matter how much time you spend searching, results will always vary. If it helps, I think your new breasts are beautiful!

Has your indentation in the breast gotten any better? Did the doctor offer to revise that for you if not?

Please always make sure to tell your doctor exactly what you expect and make sure he is not just telling you what you want to hear. I had breast Cancer and right breast removed with the promise of nice perky breast of a 21 year old, size high c cup or low d. I was good with that due to I was a d cup before surgery. I had expanders put in and went to 15 or 20 fills just to find out when it was completely full I was a A cup and was told that was as big as it gets. Now I am a D cup on one side and a A cup on the other. I am soooo mad. If I would have known this to start with I would have gone flat.

I got fat transfer to my breast on December 15, 2016, that is 7 months ago... I wanted to post my result before, but decided to wait some more and give the fair 6 to 7 months wait to see real results. My breast as most women's breast get bit larger right before my period, and that is where I was at the time when I took this pictures.

I would have to go for another round of fat transfer, but at price tag of $10,600 it will never happen, the pain is pretty up there, and in my case I had pain all the way till the 5th month in the areas where the fat is grafted. Other women feel significantly less pain.
