Almost 4 weeks ago, I traveled to Charlotte for a fat transfer to the breast performed by Dr. Bednar. I deliberated and researched this option, and others, for a couple of years before deciding to go ahead. I considered several doctors before deciding on Dr. Bednar. After breastfeeding my small breasts were deflated and empty-looking. It made me sad when i looked in the mirror. I am not fully recovered, but am extremely pleased with the results so far. I did need to use the Brava, which was inconvenient, but I believe allowed Dr. Bednar to transplant a greater quantity of fat than would have otherwise have been possible. I was quite nervous about this procedure and did not go into it lightly. I am very glad I went ahead.

How many CC's of fat did they aspirate (lipo from your tummy?) and how much did you retain? His retention is 70% right? Were his costs roughly $14,000? Any pics before and after cup size, as I'm considering and want to explant silicone and not sure if I am a candidate as I'm low on fat! :)
