Going in for a breast fat transfer on June 7, 2016. Just want to post pre-op and result pics for the edification of others interested in the procedure. I appreciated those that posted their experiences and thought I would pass on my own. Hope it's helpful. :)
-Height: 5'4
-Wt: 138 lbs.
After having my two children, I had wanted a tummy tuck along with the fat transfer, but was informed that Dr. Bednar will not perform TTs for patients out of state because of the rigorous recovery process that follows. I decided to have the breasts worked on first. Tummy later (when my children are a bit more independent). Fat will be taken from my hips, thighs, & flanks. (None will be taken from my abdomen because I have an umbilical hernia.)

Did you have IV sedation or general? How is the lipo site doing and are there lumps?

Dr bednar only does general (intubate) for health safety..must be guaranteed an open airway. I have spinal fusion so was concerned but all went fine and throat was only mildly sore for day of surgery...which i pretty much slept through. My man brought me some icexream with dinner which helped sooth ;)
