Bteast look great, small C, definitely to big for a B. You can barely see the scars anymore. Overall, couldn't be happier :) Again, I highly recommend this procedure as an alternative to implants, and mostly, I recommend Dr Bednar.

So you have any lumps?
None
Do you still want to go back for a re- up procedure or are you content with ur size?
I think I'm going for one more. Mainly for the lipo, but I wouldnt mind another cup size up either:)
Wow..you look awesome. Thanks for sharing your experience. I am considering fat transfer with explant if possible. Dr. Bednar has some good reviews. I really really want a arm revision more than anything. I would rather have one last surgery and call it a life. But I have been researching and came across your profile. Again you look fabulous and appreciate your updates/reviews!
Thank you so much:)
Great results! Have you been exercising? If so, do you think it has affected the loss of volume? What % did you retain? And forgive me if you mentioned this already, but did you use BRAVA? When did you feel 100% normal from the lipo? Any side effects from the fat transfer at all? Sorry for all the questions. This is VERY helpful for me. Thanks in advance!
When I'm exercising a lot they shrink a little, when I'm not, they're huge. Ha. I'd say I retained 75-80% of the fat. Started out as a droopy A and now I'm a bouncy B. No brava, won't need it if you've had a child or any room in your breasts. Maybe 2 months to feel 100% normal from the lipo. No real side effects. I do have a small amount of very small lumps in one breast. They don't hurt at all and you can't notice them at all, but I'll make sure to be on top of my mammograms (not that this surgery has any correlation with cancer, I just don't want to assumed they're from the FT and not something to be looked at;)
What bra did you wear post op?
Anything loose, a sports bra style but with a lot more give. Get bigger than you think!

You still look good! Would you say the scars/incision sites have faded?
they haven't faded but they're a lot flatter than they were. I'm going to start using the fade cream tonight.
I think that will make big difference. I get hyperpigmentation easily, and I couldn't live without fade cream.
What brand fade cream are you using?
I use Ambi. You can get it at Target. Really anything with 2% hydroquinone will work. Dermatologists have a lot of options, but I just stick to Target and the drugstores. They work the same.
You look great!
You look beautiful thanks for sharing.
Did you wear a brava system?
Hi! How has your size held up? Any updates and pics would be great:-)
They're exactly the same:)

Almost 3 months

It's been about three months and I feel great. My bod y has been back completely to normal for almost two months now. I believe it took two months for my breasts to deswell. They're still large (34C, full, and in Victoria a small 34D,) but defnitely more deflated and saggy. I'm cool with that, I didnt want fake looking boobs. My incisions are healing well too! I have gained 10 lbs however:( I've had a very hectic couple of months and have had so many holiday parties as well, so a lot of booze and a lot of food and not much exercise...
I am curious to see how they change once the weight is gone. To be honest, I think I'm going to do the procedure again. There's two reasons for this: 1) I would like them a little fuller and 2) when i had my lipo, neither my stomach nor my inner thighs were lipoed and I have definitely gained all my weight in these two places. Ladies: please insist on all over lipo to keep your figure similar to what it was before. I'm not complaining, I feel I look fine, I would just like to even out a little. So I'm going to ask Dr Bednar if I can go again in November.
So overall, I think this surgery was well worth it. I love having boobs. I really had none to start with now that I look back. Ha. So if you're thinking about it, I'd say go for it, and I'd definitely use Dr B. It really was a pretty easy ride for me.

Your breasts look great! I had a FT done as well and feel the same way - it was so sad to see them deflate a little and now I am thinking to get implants, but I am happy with the procedure done, my improvement is similar to yours.
Thank you for all your updates and info. You look fantastic! I'm less than 3 weeks out to having my own procedure (FT to breast, butt, face.) How do you like your FT to face now? Any advice or tips you could share?
Not really. By 3 weeks I was kinda back to life as usual. Be patient with your face if it's freaking you out right now. It took 4 solid weeks for me to feel like myself. But I am super happy with the results. Make sure your bra isn't too tight, I think mine were. That's about it I think. Oh, and get back to exercise as quickly as possible. I could have started light cardio at 3 weeks, but waited until 6 and my stamina is way down and I gained 10 pounds:( Other than that, congrats! You're going to love having boobs! Ha!
You look great. Keep us posted!
It's such a slippery slope - trying to achieve that perfect body. You look great, your boobs fit into cute bras and your figure looks cute. I wouldn't do it again.
You look awesome
