Ok so this is the One month update.
No more compression garments. Yay!
I am side sleeping too because I have been having some numbness when I'm on my back.
I had some lumps, and the Dr said I should prep for more coming until the 10week mark.
I have been dry brushing and self massage so the lumps are gone now but I'll keep checking until the 12 week mark. I have some tingling and still a lot of numbness in the Lipo areas which is to be expected.

Wearing compression Garmet almost all the time sometimes it feels suffocating so I have to take it off and we are really tight yoga pants hopefully I will be able to start transitioning into spanks the next week. I have a normal lipo stuff happening (numbing, tingling, tightness) I feel but nothing too crazy. I'm not taking any pain meds I didn't really need to take them after first 2 nights .

Hi! Congratulations, you got rid of your implants! How much fat was transferred and how many cc's had your implants? Did you have smooth or textured implants? Do you like it to be implant free? If Dr. Bednar doesn't seem hopeful, did he offer you a touch up? Currently, your breasts look good so stay positive, you'll need your energy for recovery! Sending good vibes, thanks for sharing!

Thanks! I'm so very happy to be implant free. Did you have any luck finding different garments to wear? Or did you just stick with being uncomfortable
My garment is too large on me now:/ I bought some spanx on Amazon but they are more annoying than the garment since it's painful to pull them up and I have to take them off every time to use the restroom. Since I'm three weeks now, I'm hoping I can just get away with some tight high waisted sport pants.
I just dealt with being uncomfortable for 3 weeks with the compression garment since it was only 3 weeks and my doctor told me to wear that one. But then for the next 3 weeks (Week 4-6) I bought some spanx that weren't too bad- I got one with a hole in the bottom so I could go to the bathroom easier. NYNCFL- it may be worth cutting a hole at the bottom of yours!
good to know! I took a few days off from the compression suit and wore tight yoga pants since the nurse said it would be fine. I feel like its not giving me the compression I think is needed, but I honestly don't know so today I switched back the the compression suit and it doesn't feel as tight so I may stick with it another week and then see what I can find with spanx. I like the idea of cutting a hole b/c the bruising def makes having to pull things up and down not so fun.
I had my surgery right before you with Dr.Bednar. Hope your recover is going well and you are retaining the size now!
How is your recovery going?? I'm 2 weeks today and yes the same size from the surgery.
It's good! My lower back and flanks are still swollen but the bruising is completely gone. The swelling and size from breasts went down I'd say right before my 2 Week Post op, and still pretty much the same size, although one of my boobs is still a bit larger than the other. Hoping the size will stabilize soon. I'm 3 weeks tomorrow, I posted a review as well.
I hope they stabilize too! Its great you are retaining tho! I will check your reviews since we are so close in recovery time it will be helpful to see how you are feeling. My swelling is going down little every day I noticed today the compression garment wasnt as bad either so every little bit of progress is helpful :)
How is the doctor not hopeful regarding your results? I think you look incredible especially after having explant at the same time!
I honestly do not know! I think that is what freaked me so much because I didn't think they looked bad on the first day. Its hard not to defer to his judgement since he does this everyday but I like to believe the best and that my body will heal and the cells will grow.
Hi thank you so much! I really am happy about the choice to get them out. They were 225cc of saline, smooth implants. I think he transferred 350cc to each and with the normal lose I should be around the same size as with the implants. There was a touch up offer, not like a discount, smile, but a suggestion I come back to do it again in the future. To be honest I'd like to not ever do a cosmetic surgery again so whatever I get it what I will have and i'm ok with that. I just hope I didn't spend $14k for nothing you know. Thanks for the good vibes, i will take all of them i can get!
It cannot be in vain since your implants were removed and the empty space they had left behind has been refilled! Have you read EW06's review? If not, she had the same procedure with Dr. Bednar and a happy end. Please keep us updated and I'll keep sending good vibes for the best possible result!
