Thank you for sharing your pictures and your experience. Honestly, your front pictures look fantastic and your legs have a great shape!! Your shape in back looks great also, and although I can see a few of the markings that you mentioned in back, I don't think they look bad. There are all kinds of techniques for smoothing skin out - have you talked to the surgeon yet about those areas to get some feedback? He should take your concerns seriously and help you get the desired outcome for those spots that are bothering you. Your overall shape is awesome and your breasts look great. I've considered getting the same procedure, so I really appreciate all your honest input! ☺️
Thank you for posting and your honest review. I'm Asian like you and all the things you brought up Wer things I was concerned with. I think you still have a beautiful shape and your breasts look amazing. But I can empathize with you in that you feel you got other issues from the procedure you weren't expecting. I'm not as lean as you so I do have more fat but not by a lot. Your review definitely has made me think twice. Thank you. I hope with time your scars with lighten and the cottage cheese disappears! I have cellulite so my legs already are cottage cheese (haha!)
Thanks for such a detailed story.

I (from having 3 lipo procedures) try to tell people to get the lipo holes sewed closed, it definitely makes the scars a lot less noticeable.
I think you look great girl. Don't be so hard on yourself!
I think u look amazing! Thx for sharing

8 month gripes

Positives:
I don’t regret my decision to get a breast augmentation nor the size. Even I wouldn’t have minded a little smaller. They look great, both the shape and size. No stretch marks or sagging or really anything negative.

Negatives:
However, I do feel the need to share the reality of the cons side for those on the fence.

- cottage cheese (very visible and gross!) on the back of my thighs while standing up straight (this is probably due to removing fat by boring small entrances through my fibrous tissues with the cannula for the micro lipo suction fat harvesting

- lipo dimple on my inner right thigh that is no present on my left thigh

- banana rolls under my buttcheeks, one more pronounced than the other which clearly wasn’t there before the surgery (see pics) or even 3 months after, but now that everything is finally settling down including swelling, it’s sooooo obvious and yuck!

- the scars are awful! 1. Under my right breast, it’s placed a bit lower than my left, but just enough for it to show when I wear bras or bikinis and quite dark!!! 2. On my lower back, it has turned into a raised dark bump on Asian skin!! Yuck!! 3. Under my right buttcheek, it’s quite dark! 4. Under the left buttcheek, it’s an indent id I touch it... dark, but lighter than the right side. The ones on my 5,6 pelvis are and under my 7. left boob are tolerable, but all visible still. This affects my confidence in wearing a bikini more than small boobs did!!!

- indents in the lateral of my buttcheeks from fat harvesting. Looks like my hips / butt area aren’t as curvy or full as they used to be and basically that’s it.

- indents right above my the lateral hip it’s widest point and 5” below the top of he hip bone... (where the strap of a bikini or underwear sits). So without wearing panties, it is obvious that my natural contour was not followed and the “A” line from the top of my hip bone to the widest part now has an indent from not enough fat... VERY obvious while not wearing panties.

- a small fold of skin on either side of my pubic bone (definitely not there prior to surgery)

- just under belly button where about 50ml of fat was also harvested, it also has cottage cheese bumps when I just ever so slightly touch it like when putting lotion on. I’ve never had cottage cheese before on my belly. Again, I believe this is due to rupturing the fibrous tissues with the cannula in order to suction the fat.

- lost 5 lbs as well

Conclusion:
Keep in mind that I was not fat upon entering the surgical room... NOT EVEN SKINNY FAT. I was toned and fit with 17%body fat and very even contouring and no visible cottage cheese. Yes, my boobs were small, but that’s the only complaint I had and the o my “improvement” I could see myself making to my body. All the rest of the “BENEFITS” that others commented on RS from the lipo... for me, I saw as RISKS. 1. My contour did not need improving, 2. I did not need to lose weight. Therefore touching other areas of my body and causing negative effects all over just to improve one part of my body was the RISK!!

However, I somehow only thought the scars would be the worst, but it’s a list of things as you have read here. Anyway, consider carefully because this is a life change without turning back. And an emotional and physical roller coaster ride. Good luck and best results to you.

I think you made some really great points! I like my breast increase too, but I did not expect to have any lipo problems. It was a bit different for me, in that I did want to lose fat in my thighs, but I did NOT want to end up with the thigh divot that I have. I think it is important to consider the lipo risks as part of a decision in whether to do breast fat transfer. However, I do want to say that you look AMAZING! Also, I think we may be similar in that we can easily be picky and see the negative, when really I do not think anyone else would be able to pick out the negatives we see, unless we really pointed it out, if that makes sense. Again, you're beautiful :)
Have you considered going to a dermatologists for the scars?
You are so brave and thorough in sharing your experience. I always regretted not doing this and with a similar background and frame I appreciate you sharing the positives and the negatives. Hope you update after a year to share your current feelings. Cheers to your best and real self!
I'm sorry about your very long cons side! Would you have done it if you had known what you know now? Would you share photos of your "cottage cheese"? Does it look like cellulite? Maybe it will go away sooner or later? Good luck
Cottage cheese is the common name for the appearance of the formation of fat cells called cellulite.
Thank you - never heard it before (English is not my mother tongue...). And thank you for sharing your photos. What does Dr. Bednar say, will it improve with time?
Thank you so much for your honest review. When I read your original 1st post, the questions and concerns you had going into this (including your lifestyle, working hard at the gym, etc) mirrored mine to a T. I am petrified about lips outcomes as they seem to vary so drastically from one person to another. I am also very proud of my muscle tone and I left heavy, so I"m uneasy about getting "disconnected" from mind-body connection, even though I know the procedure doesn't entail any muscle cutting/intervention. I know this is quite personal, but would you mind sharing your cottage cheese areas either here or via private message? I'm on the fence about the procedure and since your profile corresponds so closely to mine, I would really like to get a better understanding of your outcomes. Thank you in advance :) Ps. your boobies do look beautiful though, so that outcome was definitely very positive :)

Month 2 - Finally I can hardly believe it

Almost there!!!
Well, not much has changed since week 4 in terms of volume! Maybe what seems to be an ever so slight decrease of upper pole due to decreased inflammation/gravity causing a subtle change in shape causing me I just think that I’ve lost volumes, but the way my 32D fits keeps reassuring me that nothing dramatic has changed. What do you think?
They still look quite natural. There are still two lumps, one larger on the left and one smaller on the right that I am hoping will just go away by month 3 or I will have to massage after that point.
Scars are still red and noticeable and I think I the best and least noticeable ones I can soon quit with the tedious bandaid/aloe/Eucerin/silicone routine soon! Hallelujah! They are slightly had and only barely raised, no one would really notice but me and are hardly noticeable on pics. The hip ones and the butt cheek ones are the most attention grabbing and I’m flying to a Mediterranean island in 2 days so will be wearing board shorts to makesure I DON’T explode them to the sun.
I have no idea how much fat I actually retained, but I’m actually quite happy with the size, NOT TOO BIG for my frame or for my lifestyle which is quite active. Before I could work out with a regular bra on, now there’s no way in heck because of the bounce. When I look down, they look exactly the same as my 32B used to look, even when showering and gently handling them, it’s like the same as before. But the fullness especially from the side view confirms that they are not! I’m so glad (neither my family or friends or co-workers or students can tell). But it makes me feel much more feminine and attractive. The knot in my back is still there and painful and everyday I painstakingly and painfully work it out, it just comes back the next few hours if I’m sitting or inactive!!

Very beautiful! The shape and size is nice and feminine. Good idea to keep the scars out of the sun. I'm coming up with my plans for that, especially since I have arm scars and go to the beach with family. I have tan paper tape that's not terribly noticeable and my doctor said to always use sunscreen at the beach too of course. When and how did you notice the lumps in your breasts? I'm too afraid to feel my breasts much. My doctor examined me at 3 weeks post and didn't feel anything. Congrats on hitting two months!
Thank you! :). The lumps are kind of high up more on my pectoral muscles than anything and they have been noticeable pretty much since the first 2-3weeks as swelling diminished that I could see them when simply standing up straight and having my shoulders positioned in proper posture causing surface area to be more taught so then I can see them in contrasted or normal lighting.

Good luck covering up! Exposure to Sun is the worst for scars. I have one on the top of my foot that I just didn’t care to care for or cover up and now not only is it dark, but kind of unsightly and was a but raised and shiny... oh well. I don’t care that much about that one as I do the butt.m cheek and hip ones! My darker skin tone does not help!!
Thanks. Hopefully those lumps go away for you. Or like you said, you'll be able to massage them away. I also have some knots in my lower back that I'm noticing more that I'm done with my compression garment. It's hypersensitive in that area. Hope these back issues get better with time!
You look great! What did dr. B say about your retention? Does he think you're at where you'll stay? I just had my surgery on October 2nd! I'm thrilled!! But so scared about my fat going away haha!
As of 1 month, he told me there should be little change from that point on... no percentage mentioned. But since I’ve lost about 4 pounds I think I’ve lost a good percentage, left with about 60-70%. Especially considering my constitution is not to fluctuate in weight at all.
they look great!!!!
Thank you!!
Thank you!!
Thank you!!
Wonderful outcome.
Thank you!!
