Hello everyone, some photos for you. It's been 3 weeks since the operation and I'm feeling pretty good! Still sore, I am getting the feeling back in my lower back which is good! But also means it feels slightly sore, but nearly all the bruising has gone and swelling seems normal and under control. You can see the incisions on my bikini line which have only started to heal now, the stitches are supposed to dissolve but I found mine weren't so I just pulled them out the other day and now the wounds are healing, too early to say what scars will be like. My cellulite on the back of my thighs looks a lot better?! So I'm hoping that stays like this! I am sad that my boobs have gone down! I loved them after a week! But the shape is still great, just sad to see them go down. Hope te pics help. I haven't started exercising or anything, just walking. Updates next week :)

Some photos, they aren't the best as I had to try and take them myself. Super happy with the size and shape of my boobs, I don't want them to go down! I'm still sore from the lipo but nothing terrible. Also lower back area is still swollen but other areas don't seem so. Will post more pics in a week or so

Very helpful info, Thanks. The volume added is huge & they look great. Will be interesting to see if the 70% 'fat survival'rate is true. (Let me know what you think in a few months: ) ) Lipo sites are quite bruised but I imagine this is the worst of it. Thank u again for your post.

Thank you so much! Can't believe how much better they looked. They can do so much more with the fat transfer I think, they said that had I asked for implants I would have probably needed a lift too, thankfully I didn't need one with the fat transfer :)

Just went in for my Post Op check up and had some pics taken and got my pre pics too! Still bruised, but its only day 5! I will post more as I continue to recover. So so happy!

We have similar breasts sizes in your before pictures. I breastfed and lost a lot of volume. How much did it cost? Pain level? Surgeon?

It cost $10,000 for the proceedure and only needed a few meds and a blood test that I paid for as I am not from USA so had no insurance. The pain level is not high, its more just prolonged discomfort. I am one week after surgery now and my breasts still feel tender, but not sore. However, i would say it is the lipo sites for sure that are more sore. My lower back still feels swollen and is uncomfotable, but this is normal. They say at least 4-6 weeks for swelling and discomfort to go down and you wear a compression garment for that time. And end results take from 3 months to a year. The surgeon was fantastic. He really took into account my shape and where I wanted the fat taken from etc and the whole team he works with were incredible. I will post updates with photos over the next coming weeks. I will post updates :) No you are right i didnt get it from my stomach, i asked not too, i was marked up incase there wasnt enough fat to harvest, but i definitely had enough ;) I had it from the back of my thighs and my 'love handle'/ lower back area :)

Hello, I checked dr Bednar's website. I did not find any before after pictures for fat grafting to the breast . I only found implant breast augmentation pictures. And the results are aweful. Those poor women have the most fake fooling breasts ever! Am I missing something?

Personally think a breast lift would have done. Some women with decent sized & shaped breasts opt for bigger rather than keep their fortunately natural assets. Such a shame to put one self through that pain & cost unneccedarily. That said I certainly notice other women can benefit from it. I'd choose fat transfer myself if I were to do it which I have no plans to. Probably do it if it was free or I was swimming in cash.

I'm hoping to go from a 30C to something bigger (34A equivalent for reference).
