Hi everyone :)
My name is Elisa and I'm so hopeful you could you're able to help? I am 5'6" tall and about 120 pounds and beneath an A cup and have finally decided that I am ready for breast augmentation surgery almost a year ago. Over the course of the past year, I have been to 9 different board certified surgeons here in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area of North Carolina, but have had extremely uneasy feelings about them all :( I've done a TON of research over the past year on breast augmentation and know the exact "look" I want to achieve. I love the high, round, slightly "fake" look. This is so important to me. Most of the surgeons here advertise the "natural" or teardrop looking breast and that definitely depicts what I do not want. I reeeally want them high, and round with great upper and lower pole fullness. I've done my research on implants and definitely want the Sientra, textured, round, high profile implants and I am thinking along the lines of 385 and 415 cc's under the muscle. I have yet to find a surgeon who actually told me he could give me the result that I want so desperately. I have found countless before and after pictures of women who look almost identical to me in their before pictures with very similar stats and measurements, that have achieved the EXACT look that I am wanting so badly. I've even brought these pictures in to my initial consultations. But again, the doctors here continually tell me that the high, round, slightly fake look that I'm wanting to achieve is an extremely rare request and that I'd have to go with a "bigger" implant to achieve that result. 415 cc's for me is pushing it, but I know it will still fit my body frame perfectly based on my measurements. This journey has been so frustrating because I KNOW it can be done. I've seen it for myself here on RealSelf, as well as breast augmentation journeys on youtube. If by some chance any of you can give me any recommendations of surgeons in my area I would appreciate it IMMENSELY!!! Thank you SO much in advance for ANY help you are able to offer!! :)
