Alright - I will be 40 in 3 months and i always said that once I turn 40, my life will change, started with my breasts! I am scheduled to have my BA in 2 weeks! I have been so excited about this and doing a lot of research, but I have questions about the rippling? Im getting 450cc silicone, over the muscle ( i lift heavy weights in the gym), high profile. And most of all, I would like to stay away from the natural look as far as possible, cuz I've had it for almost 40 years and it's not doing anything for me. I have always been small breasted, A cup, even after 2 kids. I really want this done and I'm ready but with what i'm having done and how I'm getting it done, and of course, with the end result i would like to have, how likely is it I will get rippling? And how soon? Does anyone know or had similar issues?

I am so super happy about my results. From the inception of the idea of me getting this BA to the surgery, my PS and his team are absolute amazing. So far I only took 1 oxycodone and that was given to me by the nurse and I f3l so fantastic. It's amazing how I feel. Of course I don't remember coming home wither...lol...but it's amazing

Absolutely the best facility. I've waited a very long time to get breast augmentation. I've read about it for years, prepping myself. They answered every question I had, honest, and I knew I made the right choice right away. I love my results. And since I had been waiting 22 years, I really had an idea of what I wanted and Dr. Gear and his staff delivered with perfection. My breasts looks so great, even better than I had imagined. I got text messages and emails right after surgery, just to see how I was doing. It was almost like a house call. Truly the BEST and most caring people I have come across....I can't thank them enough for everything. I feel like a whole new happier and more confident woman! Dr. Gear was so down to earth. He will listen to your goals, and he's honest about telling you what would be best. I'm so glad that I made the decision to work with him. He was very knowledgeable and he cares, which is really awesome
