Well its been 8 weeks today and this will be my last update. Everything looks good. I am very happy with the results. I am back to working out and feeling good. however I am still tender and numb in spots and i still itch from time to time.the itching has been the worst part but i survived it . i am on my way down hill from here. i recommend this surgery... my back as you can see looks so much better.my doctor did a good job. Thanks for your great comments. feel free to ask me anything anytime. it was great to share my experience with you as your experiences helped me.

I cant believe it's been 6 weeks wow..I am doing so good. Been jogging not lifting anything real heavy yet. Getting back in my routine for exercise. I am still tender in spots and numb in others but basically the pain is so much better.i am laying in my sides with ease and my back looks good..
I have had no pain from the surgery just uncomfortableness so Definitely worth it..

Again thank you for posting your progress. I have a surgery in 2 weeks and I can’t wait. I also hope to healed within 6 weeks for my vacation.

hi ibiaso ,May I know how long it takes for recovery, would one be able to travel and Walk around 3 weeks after surgery. please let me know
yes you can walk around fine travelling should be ok as long as you have some cushion o your back cause your just real tender back there and dont lift anything heavy. just be care full. your doctor can tell u more.

I went to my doctor he was so excited over the outcome of my surgery
so am i..I can jog and run now still no lifting for a few weeks. he said I was healing great. I still itch sometimes bad but all in all I am doing good. still tender under my arms but doing ok.

Looks really great, I’m so happy you like the results. I have 3 more weeks until my procedure.
great.Dont be nervous I have yet to feel any real pain..mostly just uncomfortable at times.the whole recovery has been good.

Okay will do, I am ready for the roles to be gone. Did you lose any weight after?
Also I’m going to Charlotte to have it done as there are not a places with info and the cost omg is crazy, but to be comfortable in my clothes I can’t wait.

I had mone done in Charlotte also..where there? Dr yanez did mine.piedmont plastic surgeons. its a driven from my house.how much is yours..it os expensive
My surgery is costing $9600 and I feel it will be so worth it! I just need to lose weight
