this site has been invaluable to me from choosing a doctor, to all the possible complications, so I want to log my story for other people to follow. Any suggestions or advice on what to expect would be fantastic.
I've been wearing my Noogleberry breast pump for over a month for 4-8 hours a day. It has made my boobs already so much perkier and fuller. Anyone that wears this device knows it's a hand pump and that the cups tend to slide down lower on the chest with wear. I want a fuller upper pole, but don't want to sit there and "hold" the cups up to the top of my chest all day, so I cut holes in a sports bra and feed the tubes through, and this holds the cups in place great!
My main concerns are with the liposuction:
Permanent hard lumps
An appearance of cellulite that I do not currently have
Any permanent looser skin
I'm also concerned about the sagging of the new boobs bc they will be swollen for such a. Long time. Has this been anyone's experience?

So excited for my upcoming fat transfer. I'm worried about the long drive back to NY after, considering DVT is a risk after any surgery, and worsened by lack of movement. I'm in pretty good shape though so I am thinking I have a good chance at avoiding any blood clots. I'm posting a before picture!

I worried about that too. I even got an ultrasound to check out some pains I was having. Turns out it was a prior knee injury that flared up during all the extra swelling from lipo. As long as you wear the stockings, drink a lot of fluids, wiggle your toes every now and then, and take frequent stops you'll be fine! :)

Better to be safe than sorry: thanks so much. I'm so nervous it's tomorrow at 7 am!

sweety pls can you whatsapp to 96170942030 or facebook? i need to keep posted with your results...Im also so skinny and wanna get FT

Good luck! I'm sure you'll be great! Just take regular walking breaks for the drive. As for loose skin, I think age plays a big factor and the younger you are the less likely to have any trouble. Where is he taking the fat from, just lower back? Did he give you any estimate of cc's? xx
April 28, 2017
Thank you, yes he said that as well. No steenuous activity but also can't remain bed ridden. He's taking from lower back and upper backs of thighs. Maybe inner thighs which I'm nervous about but I trust him and his abilities. 400 CC's each (:
April 27, 2017
Good luck with your surgery! Will be following your story closely since I'm booked with Dr. Bednar a week after you! Did he tell you how many cc's he plans to inject on each side?
April 28, 2017
Thanks so much. I met him in person today he is amazing and so down to earth. Love his staff and he's thinking he can get 400 or more CC's to each breast. I'd be thrilled with more (: but 400 is a ton if I retain most of that. I've been noogling so I hope I retain most, or at least 70%

Day of treatment
Had surgery this morning!

Surgery went great. More detailed description below but I'm sure most of you just want to hear about my RESULTS so far! Okay well it's too soon to see the lipo sights in this compression garment but boobs appear hard, large, and high on chest. I don't feel or look swollen at all and my legs look a bit slimmer from what I can see. I'm not making any conclusions on the results just yet..
Well I just have to say that the anasthesiologist, Joel, at Dr. Bednar's practice is probably the most calming person I have ever met. He should work in crisis management, persuading people off of ledges and talking sense into people. He pretty made the whole morning for me , calming me down. He kept encouraging me to ask questions, ensured me that I wouldn't die, gave me the exact feelings I would have after surgery, and they were all spot on.
As for the surgery, it went great, no adverse reactions. I remember everything up to being put out. After surgery I threw up twice, which is common, and my throat hurt from the breathing tube
I haven't taken my pain pills yet, aside from what they gave me there. I am trying to avoid them if I can, and really hate the fact that I have to take steroids and antibiotics, but I'm obviously going to do it anyway. I'm very anti pharmaceuticals and despise antibiotics in particular

Congratulations! I loved Joel! He was awesome! I'm a month out now and I'm so happy with my results. Happy healing! I only needed pain pills the day of surgery. I felt like the pain was very manageable. Best of luck and I'll be following your progress :-)

Can't wait to see your results! I have just had my implants removed so looking into fat transfer once they have healed. Wishing you a speedy recovery xx
April 29, 2017
That's a good choice, implants scare me. I love the look but would be so scared of developing an autoimmune condition. Check out the newest pics I put up. You might be an even better candidate than Me because your breast tissue will be looser from having had implants. A tight chest is not ideal for this surgery

so how many cc was he able to get in?
April 29, 2017
He was able to get 510 cc on either side. He actually got more fat out of me but wasn't able to fit anymore in my boobs bc the skin simply wouldn't take any more.
April 29, 2017
Yeah he said weight really has nothing to do with it. Thin person fat is better quality he said

Joel is great!! He made me feel so much better about it too. I hated the drugs too :( but I will say sleep is important in the first stages of recovery. It is pretty difficult to sleep without them at first. I only lasted about 5 days before I was weaned off them. You'll be surprised how much your body rebounds! Each day will be better than the last. The bruising looks way worse than you feel. Hang in there!
April 29, 2017
I weirdly have minimal bruising and no swelling. He said he was very aggressive but it doesn't feel like that so far, maybe I have to wait a bit for that to happen. I've been walking around a lot because laying stationary acrually hurts more than anything
