4 months and really happy!

It's officially been four months at this point - back to my normal life of working out, push ups, lifting my kids, drinking, and not worrying about getting hit in the chest. I'm thrilled with it at this point. With the combo of lipo and fat transfer, I'm feeling really confident and I look the best I have in years. I also love that no one would ever know because it looks so natural and normal. I've been rolling the one lipo line on the back of my thigh to try to make it go away. I think it's helping a bit. Just glad everything seems to be stable at this point. I still need to get officially sized but I do think I'm a small 34 C which is great - it's a one cup increase. Overall, so glad I did it.

3 months!

Finally hit the 3 month mark and can't wait to resume life as normal. I updated my review to worth it. While it's been sad and frustrating to see the fat that I've lost over the 3 months (I was definitely a C cup after the swelling went away), when I actually look at where I started to where I am now, I'm thrilled. He did a great job - no one would ever know I had something done. I wish I had had more fat to transfer so that I might have ended up slightly larger but I think I look SO much better than I did before and I'm a respectable size. I'm probably still a 34B, just a large one as opposed to barely being able to get a B before (I probably was an A and just didn't want to accept it!). Comparison pics front and side as well as pics from today. I also am now a size 2/4 whereas before I was a size 8. The lipo was definitely a perk of this.
My scars seem to be healing really well and are not incredibly dark which I'm happy with. I actually used a leave on silicone scar pad for most of the time. I still have some tingling in my breasts and my lipo areas. Mostly one side of the lipo. I think (hope!) that's all normal at this stage.
My only small grip is that on my right butt check, I have a weird line where it looks like a double chin almost. I'm not sure if anything can be done about it. I don't think it's incredibly noticeable but of course I notice it. Pic with arrow to line.
Overall, it was worth it to me. My breasts look normal again (even if it's only by one size - it's a significant improvement because they got filled out), I'm slimmer in my waist and thighs, and I don't have a foreign object in my body that I'll need to worry about in 10-20 years. I would definitely do it again although I might have tried to gain a pound or two before going in just to have more to transfer in the beginning. I'm really muscular so even though I'm not rail thin, I just don't have a ton of fat. But hey - I'm happy with where I am and now I just hope that this is permanent and I can enjoy life again. Drinks on me!

One month down (two to go!)

It's been a month and things seem to be stable. I think I lost the most between weeks 1 and 2 which was probably mostly swelling and it seems like things have been stable since. I think my right breast looks a little bit smaller than my left but not at all angles. When I measure them from armpit to breastbone, they come out the same so it just might be how they're starting to fall naturally.

Lipo areas are still sore and numb. My lower back especially is numb a lot. I'm really looking forward to that part being over! I know I can switch over to spanx but I actually like the feel of the garment and I'm still wearing it until it gets too hot here to do it.

I can't WAIT to really exercise again. Going a little crazy with that. Anyone have suggestions of good workouts to do in these next 2 months? Also, can't wait to drink! But still taking collagen (drinking bone broth or putting it as powder in a smoothie), eating a lot of protein and greens, and drinking the cellfood stuff. Hoping that continues to keep things stable over the next month.

Last, I feel like my kids are constantly hitting me in the chest. Plus there have been a few times I just had to pick them up. Really hoping that doesn't hurt the outcome at the end of the day.

Overall, feeling mostly like myself and can't wait to get closer to the end!
