I'll try to post new photos every two weeks. I think I see a little bit of difference around the saddlebag area. Full results are 16 weeks. Still have a long way to go for full results. All pain has been gone now for over a week.

I had cool sculpting on 2/11/16. The procedure itself was easy, about 2 hours, both outer thighs at the same time. I just had a little tightness on the affected area until day 4. On the night of day 4 the nerve pain came on and honestly it totally freaked me out. I have never had nerve pain before. It was not excruciating to the point of me crying but was definitely a 7/8 of pain. I have had two nights of disrupted sleep. There are no over counter pills to help with nerve pain. I have been using ice packs and blue ice menthol. DO NOT USE HEAT. Even a warm shower flared the pain back up. I'm still taking ibuprofen but I don't think it helped. I am on day 7 now and I feel the pain has reduced to a 2/3. Now my ham strings mostly feel very tight. I am hoping that the peak of pain was day 5, like many others. I will update again in a week.

I had this done but not on my saddlebag area. I'm interested in how this turns out

I will post another photo in a month. At this time I just want the pain to go away!

I also had cool sculpting done 2/11/16. Mine was on my lower abs, the procedure itself wasn't bad since you go numb and afterward I had no pain, until yesterday. Very sharp stabbing pains, kept me up all night, I called the doctors offs where I had the procedure and tomorrow I am getting a prescription for Neurontin, which is supposed to help with the nerve pain. I tried ibuprofen and it didn't seem to help.

Let me know how that works. I am going to my OB tomorrow for an annual and am going to ask for neurontin or lidoderm patches.

Got a prescription for Neurontin today. I was having terrible pains, I took one, it worked but it took at least 45 minutes for me to feel any relief, a little over an hour for the pain to disappear completely. At least it worked though!! Only thing, side effects are dizziness and sleepiness, and it did make me very tired.

I'm glad you got some relief! My pain has reduced greatly. I'm at a 2 now. I was able to take a warm shower this morning without any pain flaring up and got a full nights sleep last night! I spoke to the spa today and they said if I am feeling the pain subsiding that I've experienced the worst and in a few days it should be all gone. I'll let you know when the pain is all gone.

That's great, I'm so happy you feel better! Thank you for letting me know, it's reassuring to know that this pain will subside soon.

At 32 I would think that working out at the gym would have given you the results you wanted.

I'm not sure the point of this comment. I weight train and run a mile 5 days a week and am a size 6.

Not always - CoolSculpting is designed specifically to help get rid of stubborn fat that doesn't respond to diet & exercise. If she wasn't seeing results after working that hard, why not get CoolSculpting?? Ignore the haters, you go girl!
