It has been 11 weeks and i am almost at the magical 3 month mark. Can't wait! I found another photo i can use to make a before and after which includes my lips. I still do not think my lips are any bigger than before and feel like the extra payment wasn't worth doing. You can see a drastic difference in my breast and i am super happy with their shape and how they have healed. I think this is going to be my finial size as it seems unlikely i would loose any in the next few weeks since Ive been lucky enough to retain all of the fat volume since surgery. I still have some 'misshaping' on my abdomen and inner thighs which i hope is just the swelling still needing to go away.

Answering user questions...
Im posting this so i can include photos to answer some of the questions from the previous comments.
I was asked about the progress of my lips. I paid extra for fat injection into the lips. I am not sure if it was worth it as it does not seem like there is any noticeable difference vs before now that the swelling has gone down. The doctor recommended 5cc and im feeling like it should have been more. There is still some swelling on one side of my upper lip which makes my lips look uneven. My husband says its not noticeable unless you stare at my lips and are looking for it to be uneven. (See photo)
My thighs i think are fine. If you look at my buttocks in the before photos you can see i never had a great shape to begin with and I have always felt i had a flat ass. The doctor did some sculpting in that area and now i feel my butt is more rounded at the bottom giving me more of a booty pop look. I am happy with the results in that regard. I have not experienced my butt falling down into my thighs :)
Im am including a photo of my outfit today so you can see the shape / size of my breast while wearing clothing. I am not wearing a bra under this black top. I do not feel they look huge or unproportionate to my body. Seeing the size of bare breast is never the same as how you look when wearing clothes.

First and foremost, I think you look absolutely AMAZING!!! Let the haters keep hating’ honey! Your body beforehand was beautiful but I think your new breasts (BFT) just accentuates your new shape/look! As for your lips, I honestly can tell by looking at your b&a pics that they are fuller than before. In your before pic from the beginning of your journey you can see how thin your lips looked and your current pic you can see the fullness/plump increase in them. As for your booty, it would probably be easier to see that as a side by side photo comparison photo? I can see a lovely figure when your clothed but when your naked the pic is kinda close up so it’s hard for me to tell the difference on the roundness you speak of. Maybe try to duplicate the same shoot of your booty from the before shot and post as a side by side comparison, that always helps people. I think the 2 little scars on your butt will lighten up in time and be barely noticeable. Your thighs look great too! So jelly....enjoy that gorgeous body my friend! Thanks for the update! ❤️

Two Month Update.
It has been two months and im happy with the results so far. My breast have retained their volume and are fuller than before. I am still healing and have swelling all around my stomach, back and legs. I still feel numbness at times in my hips and lower back and soreness in the lipo areas. My breast are still sensitive to vibrations and bumps when riding in the car. Some of the lipo areas have hard lumps which i massage with a roller everyday, im told they will eventually soften up and go away. My incisions have healed but dark purple scars remain. Im still applying scar cream and silicone strips daily. I was told it could take up to a year for the color to lighten on its own. The scaring is the only bad aspect of this whole journey. Im counting on a derma being able to remove/lessen them in the future.

This is amazing. Two months and your breast look perfectly natural as opposed to most silicone implants. However I did read that a precentage of transferred fat cells dies so you'll lose some volume again. Is this in line with what your doctors told you?
The doctor i used, his method is to mix 10% saline solution with the fat before injecting it. So you will loose that 10% volume as the saline is absorbed into your body. So yes you are loosing some "Size" compared to the day after surgery, but its not fat loss. They say that if you are going to loose any of the fat it would be between month 1 and month 3. The general rule of thumb is what you have left at the 3rd month is yours to keep. So far i have not lost any of the fat or if i have it's not noticeable. And it hasn't been 3 months either.
Dont mean to sound negative, but she had perfectly beautiful breasts which were in proportion to her body. She now looks out of proportion, like she had implants put in. Another thing I dont get is women who already have ample breasts, and go for such huge unrealistic ones. I am a Triple A cup and would be ecstatic to just have a B cup!
I disagree, they are not huge. Eye of the beholder, to each their own, etc.
I think it really depends on how the person feels. Sure you may think her before boobs were perfect but that's because you were comparing her size to your own -- You wishing you were a B cup from a triple A is pretty much the same jump this person did with breast fat transfer. Maybe she felt a bit more ompf in her boobs would be better for her body and make her feel better.
I think you look amazing!!! I also get told by other asians that I should be 'grateful' because I have bigger boobs than most asian girls --- I'm a 32C currently but I lost some fullness when I lost weight. I was a full 32 C/borderline D and now I'm more of a full 32B/borderline C (but I like to say C because it makes me feel better :)). I'd love to do breast fat transfer to get my fullness back!
I think your breast results are wonderful. Would you mind updating on your fat transfer to lips? They were looking beautiful after the procedure. I just would like to know how much fat has retained as of now two months later and are you happy you did your lips as well? Many thanks

I'm curious to see how the back of the thigh comes out. I've had two doctors say they wouldn't recommend that area because it holds your butt up. Otherwise you may end up with saggy butt when things fall into place.
