1 week post-op

WORTH IT$10,750
I have been sleeping in the upright position this whole time. All Ii hopes the swelling will go down and bruising will subside. I still wake up feeling stiff but the pain is nothing unbearable. I still have a large amount of swelling and my back is seeing the worst of it. The areas where I had the lipo do not have feeling as of now. Not sure if that is normal or not. My breast are dropping but one seems to be larger than the other. I will be bringing up my concerns during my check up next week. However, it seems one side is healing quicker than the other and I believe that is causing the unevenness. Overall I am happy so far with the results and I can not wait until the swelling goes down!!!!
BTW the girdle/compression garment SUCKS!!!!

Hello! I'm 23 and had breast fat transfer with dr. B also! You're looking great, I went through everything you went through haha. I'm 1.5 months post op and I'm still sore..but that compression garment does suck lol. Can you post some preop pics?
I have no idea why I did not take any pre-op pics. I am going to look for some and take a photo of the ones the nurse took when I go back next week.
Hi. Thank you for posting your review! can you please tell us how many cc's of fat were injected?
They got about 600cc in each breast!
Franato Women's Firm Control Slimming Bodysuit Shapewear is comfortable, but you would want to avoid wearing the straps so you don't put any compression on the breasts. Just wear it up to the top of the waist.
Girl, your body is rocking! Very excited to see this review. My surgery is this Friday. So curious to see your final results :)
Are you having it done by Dr. Bednar?
Yes!
Ahhh excited for you! Good luck. I was going to write a review on Friday on things I wish I knew/did differently. But you need to know now so you can prepare lol. Start taking a stool softener ASAP! They said you may get constipated...BUT YOU WILL BE CONSTIPATED. I also drank a herbal tea called smooth move sold at Walmart and those paired together made me "move". They tell you about icing the areas that were lipo'ed. However I did not have ice packs prepared or any alcohol to make the icy solution they gave in the pre-op. Have those ice packs ready for as soon as you can get them on, I wish I iced sooner, I waited almost a day. BAD IDEA. Also purchase some medical tape and padded bandages for after your first bath. I tried to go without any bandages and found that my stitches were poking out and hurting me and had to suffer until I found what would work. The nurse said covering them was okay so I have taken advantage of that since then and my stitches have already dissolved and incisions are healed!
Wow looking great! Thanks for the advise! My surgery is the next Friday with Dr. B. Been trying to stock pile things now. If you think of anything else, please tell! :)
I saw your comment thankfully a couple days before surgery! I went out and got the stool softener and ice packs before my surgery. The ice packs definitely ease the burning sensation. How was it the first night without them for you?
Oh it was bad. I am not a fan of narcotics but I used them the first night because trying to move was absolutely torture. I feel like the ice packs started to help that once I got them and used them. How did it go????
Ah gotcha, my overnight nurse gave me the narcotics anyway so I didn't notice much pain anyway. But from the loopiness that I had from the narco, I'd rather endure the pain, so I'm going to see how I do without it. You're such a trooper for going without the ice packs! Glad you got them after though. Based on how I'm feeling, I think it went well! Haven't got a chance to look at my breasts and the lipo areas yet
You look fantastic! I'm really wanting to do the procedure with Dr. Bednar as well. Can't wait to see how things progress. Thank you for your updates!

3 days post-op, bath day

At this point I was nothing but stif and in pain. It literally felt like I had been beaten up. I was however up and moving since day one. I had the fat harvest from my lower back, love handles and thighs and honestly the bruising dropped rather quickly.

Hang in there. You already look great- but in no time you'll look and feel fantastic.... and you'll be skipping around the house since singing "itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow polka dot bikini" !!!
Did you run arnicare cream? Is that why the bruising left so quickly? Unfortunately I started the cream almost a week after the procedure and my bruises are still prevalent

Day after, THE UNBANDAGING

I was looking forward to this day since my thoughts of the procedure. My breast were huge compared to before. Engorged feeling as if I needed to breast feed. I could feel the large lumps of fat up to my collar bone almost.
