So tomorrow is the big day! I'm a little nervous but much more excited. After breastfeeding two children, my breasts have lost so much volume and suffer some noticeable asymmetry so this is something I decided to do for myself and I'm trying to not feel guilty about it. I will not know the exact size of my implants until after surgery because of the asymmetry. Although I do know they will be in the 304-397 range. I went into my consult knowing that I wanted silicone gel and my doctor recommended Natrelle, moderate +. I gave my doctor some photos showing ideal vs. too big. vs too small so I have my fingers crossed that I will be happy with the size. I'll post some before pics a little later :)

It went great (I think) I ended up with 339cc on my larger breast and 371 on the smaller one. I did get nauseous twice right after surgery and I could feel some pressure (to other Mommies, the pressure is similar to the feeling when your milk comes in). But now the nausea is gone and I really have no pain at all at the moment. I can get up by myself and I even walked around for about 20 mins while on the phone (pacing is a strange habit of mine). I'm having size concerns, which I know are very common. I'm afraid that I went too small but I'm hoping the drop and fluff fairies will work their magic soon. When I'm allowed to change my bandage tomorrow i will post before and current pics :)

You did it! Congratulations! Glad to hear your surgery went well. Try not to worry about size too much right now. You're right, the drop and fluff fairies take time to arrive to do their magic. Happy healing and looking forward to your pictures!
