I had been thinking about getting a breast...
I had been thinking about getting a breast reduction for a few years, but had not contacted a surgeon until my chiropractor referred me to Dr. Kalus. At my consultation, he concluded that I would be a good candidate for breast reduction surgery. I wore a 32H/34G bra at 5'4" 160lb. My breasts had always been disproportionately large, even at my thinnest. I suffered from shoulder and neck pain and headaches (and some very embarrassing moments!).
I am now two months post-op and I LOVE my new breasts! This was my first real surgery, but I thought the recovery was pretty easy. I felt completely like myself again after only 10 days! I have minor discomfort/soreness after long days of hard work/repetitive motion and some minor bruising still. I am SO happy--I have not felt the need to see my chiropractor (though I will still go for regular adjustments) and no more headaches! I am so pleased with the look of my new breasts. I am currently wearing a 34D bra (size medium bralette/bandeau), but I know this may change over the next few months as I continue to heal and lose some excess weight. I am so glad I did this--it has been a huge relief!
